A beautiful Mobile Home Park located in Anaheim is seeking a reliable, trustworthy, on-site management team for a 55+ age restricted, resident owned park with 100 + homes. Candidates must have property management experience. Front office Manager will be responsible for monthly billing, accounts receivable, filing and must be computer literate with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook software programs. Maintenance Manager duties include supervising vendors, requesting bids, and conducting maintenance duties within the Park. Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Salary DOE and on-site apartment included. Fax or email resumes.
