Our family-owned self-storage company is looking for new team members to become on-site, resident managers at our Salem, Oregon, location. We are looking for an individual or team to become resident managers. They will live above the office in a nicely appointed, updated apartment. Our facilities offer electronic, gated access that is NOT 24 hours. We also have recorded surveillance and alarms. We offer locations in South Salem, West Salem, and North Salem. Current openings could be either West or North Salem locations. We offer full benefits for all full-time people after 90 days probationary period, as well as accrued vacation and personal time.

The ability to talk to customers and listen to their needs is the number one skill that the ideal candidate posseses. Our industry is reliant upon our managers' abilities to match the customer to the right size, and to be able to sell over the phone. We need sales professionals who love to give good customer service, and understand that the customer is always right. We focus on branding, and going the extra mile for our customers, and for each other.

• Understanding of phone sales and connecting with customers

• Strong reading and presentation skills (need to do a verbal lease presentation with each new customer)

Please read carefully and do not apply if you do not meet the requirements. Couple needed for live in desk clerk position for a Spanish Fork Utah motel. Couple must live in the motel. Employer offers a living space (one king room with kitchenette and adjoing room for two occupants, no children or pets.

Both must be available to work for the employer (6:30 a.m. until 11 p.m. Thursday thru sunday. Will manage front desk, check in guests and do laundry. accommodate patrons by registering and assigning rooms to guests, issuing room keys, transmitting and receiving messages, keeping records of occupied rooms and guest accounts, making and confirming reservations, presenting statements to and collecting payments from departing guests.

Salary is 2400 per month for both. This is a great opportunity to save at least 1000 to 1500 per month.

Ranch/Caretaker Couple - Hallettsville, TX

Country Couple required;

I am looking for a couple that can serve as caretakers and generally oversee what is currently a non-working Ranch and residence in Lavaca County, Texas - 12 miles outside of Hallettsville.  Owner is out of country 85% of time due to overseas residence and employment and prefers a stable honest couple  (children &/or horses potentially acceptable)  – wife for occasional house cleaning & gardening for residence that remains vacant most of the time, husband to oversee and perform general Ranch/estate maintenance. Position comes with Ranch vehicle and monthly salary – potential for provided RV pad, supplemented housing  or suitable arrangement --- also potential to become vested in Ranch operation if desire to assist with development depending if right couple is located.  Ranch consisting of 250 acres, location is a high game density area bordered on one side by approximately 1 mile small river; has potential for cattle operation, some cleared  farming  land as well as potential for enterprise on Farm to Market Road frontage. 

This is a start as soon as possible, permanent position that could work into a shared additional income situation for a couple with the right initiatives.

STORAGE MANAGEMENT TEAM/COUPLE - Ferndale, WA

Hard working ranch couple for private hunting ranch in Texas - West Texas, TX

Busy private hunting ranch looking for married support couple.  Female would help with kitchen operation cooking, baking, support chefs/ lodge manager couple. Husband needs utility skills, would help with  taking deliveries, helping with dishwashing, vendors, general upkeep. Unique opportunity for the right couple to be part of tight knit loyal team dedicated to serving our employer and his guests. Ability to work apart and separate schedules is a must, probably not suitable for couples with very young children.  

The job requires being comfortable in a rural setting and understanding that the demands of ranch life, and just plain old fashioned work ethic.  Please be advised these are support not supervisory postions, must have can-do attitude, job duties vary, schedules include weekends, holidays and non-traditional hours.
