Working as or with a lead Community manager team, you will provide leadership to the Community's staff (Executive Chef, Enrichment Coordinator, Bus Driver, Maintenance, and Housekeeping) to ensure that resident seniors enjoy the life they've earned. Our residents, many of them in their 80s and 90s, have been taking care of others their whole life, but now it's their turn to be cared for. They can let someone else do the cooking, the cleaning, the mowing, even the driving, and focus on the things that make them happy. Not surprisingly, this opportunity isn't for everyone. Job Title: Self Storage Managers, 2 Person Team
Description: We are seeking a clean 2 person team. Both should be energetic, outgoing self-starters who have excellent marketing and customer service skills. We place a great emphasis on being committed to customer satisfaction. PLEASE SUBMIT RESUMES FOR BOTH TEAM MEMBERS.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Taking care of our current customers include: Outstanding customer service by assessing and resolving customer problems and professionally handling telephone and walk-in inquiries. Maintains all recordkeeping in a clean, neat, and orderly manner; in addition controls delinquencies through telephone contact and letters on a scheduled basis. Shows and rents clean self-storage units.
General Management of the office include: Opening and closing the office on time each day, keeping and balancing petty cash, making a daily bank deposit, and post office pickup. Tenant documentation is detailed, organized, and clean. Assists in preparing units for auction as prescribed by law. Effectively communicates with management.
Maintaining the facility: Maintains a neat, clean, safe and secure facility including maintenance and daily lock checks as well as visual inspection daily. Clean spaces as vacated included, but not limited to cleaning concrete, repairing drywall, repairing roll-up doors. Maintaining clean grounds includes, but not limited to landscaping; blowing leaves and debris daily, trimming hedges, maintenance of flowers, plants, shrubs, and trees, cleaning restroom and office daily.
Marketing: Keeping the clean facility rented at optimum levels by effectively utilizing advertising, promotional and customer relation skills, and community involvement. Required to attend monthly Chamber meetings and hosts occasional chamber mixers.
WORKSKILLS:
Basic computer skills required.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Ability to pay close attention to detail.
Dependability.
Marketing skills preferred but not required.
General accounting skills preferred but not required.
Be able to multitask and prioritize.
Required to sit, stand, walk, or bend for extended periods of time, in addition be able to properly lift loads up to 50 pounds and to perform tasks that require manual dexterity in all types of weather conditions.
Must be proficient in the use of hand tools including shovels, rakes, pruning saws and shears, hand mowers, etc.
EXPERIENCE – QUALIFICATIONS:
HS Diploma and some college preferred.
Prior self-storage experience preferred; however not required.
Customer service, retail sales, marketing, general office, rental leasing and telephone skills a plus.
Employment contingent on drug testing and physical.
Valid Drivers License.
Job Includes on site for 2 people, with no pets.

I am looking for a couple or individual to live onsite in exchange for room and salary. The job would consist of the daily duties for running 8 hotel rooms and 20 cottages. As listed below.
Daily tasks: Clean rooms (always report any damage immediately, note any repairs that are needed)
All linens, sweep, mop, vacuum, inside refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave, sink, bathroom, check if carpet needs to be washed
Change towels, remove garbage, tidy up
Check people in
Take cash, credit cards, print forms, take info, help guests to their room,
Set up wifi password
Laundry, clean, dry fold towels keep laundry room organized.
Collect garbage from rooms, grounds, etc
WEEKLY OR AS NEEDED:
Weed whacking, spray weed killer, and clean outdoor furniture on porches, around pool and on hotel porch.
Painting railings, decks, doors as needed.
Knowledge of:
PLUMBING: Replacing toilets, valves, handles, etc, unclog toilets, repair/replace faucets, showerheads and caulking
ELECTRICAL: light switch, change light bulbs, appliance repairs
