Looking for a highly motivated team to perform the day to day operations and managment for our 385 unit self storage facility.  Individuals must be computer savy, friendly and able to perform cleaning and maintenance duties to keep the facility in tip top shape.  Individuals must be able to live on site in up stairs two bedroom apartment.  Friendly pets are welcome.  Office hours for the team are Tuesday through Saturday from 9 - 5 pm.  Office is closed on Sunday and Monday is covered by a part time employee.

The Florida Sheriffs Youth Ranches is seeking married couples to live on campus while on duty to provide youth with a strong parental role model while implementing a professional family-style program that emphasizes skill acquisition and personal development and a safe and secure environment in which to grow and learn. The Cottage Parent teaches and develops social skills, academic skills and independent living skills. Also fosters moral and spiritual development through a broad array of activities to youth in residence. The Cottage Parent administers the day-to-day operations of a large family residence including various paperwork, domestic responsibilities and other assigned duties. Works closely with child care professionals as a team in carrying out responsibilities in the work place. Winter Caretaking - Bettles, AK

Management team needed for the winter to live on-site and manage a small store and 2 unit apartment, plus aircraft fuel sales and monthly home heating oil deliveries in the small village of Bettles Alaska.  Work is similar to caretaking but has some store hours.

Duties include all aspects of managing the office - from renting the rooms by phone as well as in person, answering the phone, limited book keeping, purchasing supplies, housekeeping, etc.  General maintenance skills are needed for upkeep on the property, room maintenance, fuel pit inspection report, maintenance, etc.  Light plumbing and basic electrical knowledge preferred.  

Compensation includes a one bedroom apartment, all bills - including electricity, water, TV, wi-fi, etc., as well as a salary plus bonuses.  Season begins in October.  Seasonal.

Couple Needed for Self Storage Managers to run a self storage facility. Must have a valid drivers license. One to work in the office and the other to run the yard. Great opportunity. Must keep excellent customer service and a clean facility. Looking to keep increasing occupancy so the desire to keep busy is need.

Live-in Caretaker/Couple - Parma, ID

Private party is seeking an active retired couple (or individual) to live on property near Parma, Idaho.  Enjoy the beauty of rural Idaho with some good fishing in a very private setting.  Duties include: lawn care, light irrigation, light cleaning & maintenance, perimeter security, etc. (Approximately 60 hours per month during the winter months, and 80 hours per month during the summer months.)  

Compensation includes a home with power, water, heat and large garden space, plus an additional $800 monthly stipend.  Feel free to pursue other means of employment while residing on our estate provided you are able to keep up with the caretaking responsibilities of our property.
