Caretaker (Couple) for Small Inn - Wurtsboro, NY
WHY DO WE SHOW EXPIRED LISTINGS?
I am looking for a couple or individual to live onsite in exchange for room and salary. The job would consist of the daily duties for running 8 hotel rooms and 20 cottages. As listed below.
Daily tasks: Clean rooms (always report any damage immediately, note any repairs that are needed)
All linens, sweep, mop, vacuum, inside refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave, sink, bathroom, check if carpet needs to be washed
Change towels, remove garbage, tidy up
Check people in
Take cash, credit cards, print forms, take info, help guests to their room,
Set up wifi password
Laundry, clean, dry fold towels keep laundry room organized.
Collect garbage from rooms, grounds, etc
WEEKLY OR AS NEEDED:
Weed whacking, spray weed killer, and clean outdoor furniture on porches, around pool and on hotel porch.
Painting railings, decks, doors as needed.
Knowledge of:
PLUMBING: Replacing toilets, valves, handles, etc, unclog toilets, repair/replace faucets, showerheads and caulking
ELECTRICAL: light switch, change light bulbs, appliance repairs

Primary duties will include:
a) Sell and Market Storage Units and Moving Merchandise.
Sales oriented is a must. Must be comfortable with paper work, telephone and computers as well as working in an office environment.
b) Clean and Maintain Facility.
Minor maintenance such as sweeping hallways, units, and grounds, cleaning floors, changing lights, painting, etc.
c) Customer Service
This position requires superior customer service and sales skills from both Managers. Being comfortable interacting with the public is mandatory as are highly proficient telephone skills.
One position is full-time, the other is part-time.
Compensation and benefits package will be competitive in the industry. The package will include medical and dental, paid vacation and paid holidays, 401k, rent free apartment with free utilities, and hourly pay plus bonus opportunity.

Park Hosts - Inverness, FL

Looking for Park Host couples to work at Fort Cooper State Park in Inverness, Florida for the months of June thru November. Minimum of 12 weeks and a maximum of 16 weeks. Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours (10 hours per person)per week and on varying days and times. Must be able to work independently doing a variety of jobs such as grounds & facility maintenance. (Cleaning, painting, repairs, mowing, trimming) assisting with construction, working in office, working with the public and other volunteers. Park hosts will be supplied with a nice rv site that has electric, water & sewer in exchange for the 20 hours. Must provide references that are not a relative. Please respond by email.

Job Requirements:
- A minimum of a high school diploma is required, plus one or more years of experience in working with children or youth
- Must be able to see, hear and respond to youth in multiple settings
- Must be at least 21 years of age

We have an immediate need for a Self Storage Resident Management Team (couple) with excellent customer service and bi-lingual (English & Spanish) communication skills to join our family owned and operated organization consisting of multiple locations in multiple states. New hires will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our South Tucson facility with attention to detail, sales, marketing, daily cash management / drawer and sales balancing, banking, post-office duties, as well as maintaining a clean and well built facility. Prior self storage experience is helpful but not required, as we have hired many successful candidates in the past from other industries; such as Retail / Sales, Apartment / Hotel management and other Customer Service type positions / careers, etc.

BENEFITS:
We offer our Managers a monthly salary that is payable on the 15th and the last day of the month by electronic transfer - PLUS - the use of a spacious one bedroom apartment, basic utilities and a storage area.
- Compensation Type – Monthly Salary paid on the 15th and the last day of the month.
- Schedule – Tuesday through Saturday is the work week and Sunday & Monday are days off.
- Holidays – Christmas, New Years, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving.
