My long time client is seeking to hire a married couple who have worked together before in a domestic household setting with a proven track record of capable service and reliability.  The position is long term. The qualities that we are most eager to find are:

The day begins at approximately 7:45 am (breakfast for children) and continues through dinner at approximately 6:00 – 6:30 pm.  Staff  will have time for lunch and a short afternoon break if they so choose.  

Benefits include salary, medical and dental insurance, Simple IRA when eligible, 10 days paid vacation per year, five paid sick days per year.  In addition, you have all federal holidays off, which the family may ask to change if they need assistance (Thanksgiving, etc.).

Use of a car, partial reimbursement for cell phones, separate apartment in the home.

Mobile Home/RV Park Property Management Team - Red Bluff, CA (Los Molinos), CA

40 space family Mobile Home Park and adjoining 50 space RV park seeking Management Team to turnaround and oversee the day-to-day operations of both parks. Duties includes leasing mobile homes, collecting rents, issuing late notices, etc., in accordance with California Law, deposit rents, address and resolve resident complaints, conduct maintenance duties such as light maintenance, painting, routine mowing/landscape, electrical, plumbing, dry wall, etc., for park owned buildings and park owned homes. Compensation includes FREE housing in a mobile home provided by the park or free space and utilities for someone with their own RV, Cell Phone allowance, High Speed internet allowance.

We are looking for an energetic, mature and self motivated individual or couple to help run our family owned plantation guesthouse, retreat center, heritage site and organic farm. This job requires you to be a jack of all trades and live and work in a communal/family setting in a foreign (independent) developing country for a period of 6 months in exchange for room and board and a modest stipend plus performance bonus.

Office & Maintenance Couple - Albuquerque, NM

American RV Park is seeking a couple or couples to work in our office/registration area and in general maintenance.  The position is for site only, which would include a full hook-up 30/50 amp service electric included in site, Wifi, Cable, Laundry allowance and propane at cost,  In exchange for the site we require 9 hours per person per week.  You would work the same days on and have the same days off to visit the local area or travel.  The openings would begin in March and go through Oct 15, 2014 unless further agreed upon.

Baptist Children's Home provides the home and is licensed for up to eight clients per home.
