We are a 55+ mobile home community with 403 manufactured homes & RV sites in Apache Junction, AZ (Near Mesa/Phoenix) searching for a fulltime Management/Maintenance Couple.  Need a self-motivated couple with a strong work ethic, customer oriented focus, and abilities to multitask.

Requirements: Knowledge of PC computers, MS Office, email, basic networking (WiFi); Ability to manage and train staff; Understand accounting procedures; Organized; Project and Task management oriented; Willingness to learn new skills.

Office: Perform office management; supervise clerical staff, home rentals, contracts and financial reports to owners.

Maintenance: Supervise maintenance staff with pool, security, general repair, building and grounds upkeep.  Facility management should have knowledge of electrical and plumbing.  Applicant needs to be in good physical health, there will be hands on tasks. 

Compensation: On-site housing (28 x 80 Home/Office), utilities included.

Managers for Inn/Motel - Santa Cruz, CA

22 Unit Inn/Motel in Santa Cruz (Immediate Opening), CA. Looking for a team of two to live on the property and manage daily operations. Answer phones, make reservations, greet customers, register guests, reconcile daily balance sheets, answer faxes, quote rates, light maintenance including grounds keeping and room inspections, inventory supplies, setup and break down continental breakfast, oversee housekeepers, and light laundry functions. Salary based on experience. Job includes a one bedroom apartment with full kitchen.

Ability To: Provide friendly customer service a must, ability to problem solve, work in a team environment, operate telephone system, credit card machine, and fax machine.

We are now interviewing for the following positions.  Registration,Landscaping, Maintenance, Pool, Housekeeping, Snack Bar.  Positions are either full or part time.  We require 9 hours per person towards your site which includes, 30/50 amp service, electric, propane at 1/2 price, wifi, cable, and laundry compensation.  For all hours worked over the 9 for site you are paid $7.25 per hour with an end of season completion bonus for all paid hours.  If you enjoy a fast paced busy enviroment where you can have a lot of fun this is the place for you.  Our company owns 14 parks throughout the US so there are options of moving to other locations and staying within the conpany at the end of the season.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Property Manager for a Mobile Home Community in Phoenix, AZ. We are looking to employ long-term employees with strong ETHICS & INTEGRITY, as well as company loyalty and a great attitude. This position provides a wonderful manager's home, including paid utilities, generous home sales bonuses, gas allowance and a health insurance reimbursement program. This Mobile Home Community allows pets upon approval.

REQUIREMENTS:

Work hours are M-F, 10am-4pm with a 30 minute lunch break and weekends off (except for occasional appointments, open houses, and possible emergencies). Individuals must possess an attitude of self-motivation.

Small privately owned 20 unit motel looking for a motivated on-site manager/maintneance couple/team, located in rural Lake City, Florida.

Oversee daily operations, rent rooms, aswer phone, general office and recordkeeping skills, deposits, clean and maintain rooms, people skills a plus.

Both persons must be physically  able to do housekeeping, laundry, cleaning, climb stairs and maintain interior and exterior of property.
