MANAGEMENT COUPLE FOR MHC - Apache Junction, AZ

We are a 55+ mobile home community with 403 manufactured homes & RV sites in Apache Junction, AZ (Near Mesa/Phoenix) searching for a full time Management/Maintenance Couple. Need a self-motivated couple with a strong work ethic, customer oriented focus, and abilities to multitask.
Requirements: Knowledge of PC computers, MS Office, email, basic networking (WiFi); Ability to manage and train staff; Understand accounting procedures; Organized; Project and Task management oriented; Willingness to learn new skills.
Office: Perform office management; supervise clerical staff, home rentals, contracts and financial reports to owners.
Maintenance: Supervise maintenance staff with pool, security, general repair, building and grounds upkeep. Facility management should have knowledge of electrical and plumbing. Applicant needs to be in good physical health, there will be hands on tasks.

Tasks include mowing lawns in common areas; trimming trees and shrubs; contacting the appropriate contractor in the event of an emergency; overseeing all aspects of the community. Campground Manager and Groundsperson Couple Wanted - Wolcottville, IN

Gordons Campground in Wolcottville, IN (45 Minutes North of Fort Wayne, Indiana) is seeking to fill a Manager and Groundsperson position to facilitate the daily operations of a 400+ campsite seasonal campground. The position would begin in April 2014 for an on-site, experienced, self-motivated couple. As you will work with the public, a friendly approachable demeanor is essential. Our campground is busy with both seasonal campers and weekend campers.
Office duties: require an individual that possess a friendly demeanor with excellent communication and organizational skills that can problem solve and follow guidelines. Duties include but are not limited to: proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office and Campground Master, making reservations, greeting guests, taking payments on accounts, electric meter reading, and daily communication with management.
Outdoor duties: requires an individual who will be capable of handling daily property upkeep/maintenance, lawn care (mowing and trimming), pool care, as well as the general upkeep of the park. Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, pools and carpentry is a plus.
Other duties include enforcing park rules; some cleaning is required for the rental cabins and campers as well as the camp store that includes a snack shack.
Some errands running is needed. Couple needs to be able to supervise and schedule work duties for employees. Must be motivated and able to work with minimal supervision. Couple should have prior RV/campground management experience. Compensation depends on experience, position will be full-time for both people and will allow two consecutive days offs plus site included with Wi-fi, trash, electric, water included.
