40 space family Mobile Home Park and adjoining 50 space RV park seeking Management Team to turnaround and oversee the day-to-day operations of both parks. Duties includes leasing mobile homes, collecting rents, issuing late notices, etc., in accordance with California Law, deposit rents, address and resolve resident complaints, conduct maintenance duties such as light maintenance, painting, routine mowing/landscape, electrical, plumbing, dry wall, etc., for park owned buildings and park owned homes. Compensation includes FREE housing in a mobile home provided by the park or free space and utilities for someone with their own RV, Cell Phone allowance, High Speed internet allowance.
Skills/Requirements:
*Working knowledge of California Mobile Home Residency Law
*Previous experience in property management required
*Good verbal and written communication skills
*Ability to multi-task
*Basic computer and email skills; the ability to work with numbers and a basic understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel is a must
*Reliable transportation and a valid CA drivers license
