Office Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service both in person and on the phone
- Assist with reservations for camping and cabins and enforce the cancellation policy
- Schedule river rentals/shuttles
- Check in guests
- Attend to the computer/cash register
- Serve concessions (ice cream cones, pizza, etc)
- Keep the office and restrooms clean

The ideal candidate will reside on-site and be responsible for the day-to-day management of the community.
OVERVIEW
The Community Managers are responsible for the active management, maintenance, and sales of their assigned community, report to the Vice president-operations, and have direct reports consisting of assigned community staff including office and maintenance. The Community Manager is able to listen and communicate, as well as be proactive and involved, current and knowledgeable. He/she is also levelheaded and resourceful, personable, and articulate.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the overall prosperity of the property and the general satisfaction of its residents
- Responsible for Rent Collections
- Inventory Home Sales & Leasing
- Manage the day-to-day resources and assets of their community, including staff, residents, buildings, equipment, and any other resource and/or asset
- Attract new customers through active marketing, excellent customer service, and adding value to the living experience of our residents
- Suggest new ideas, innovation, and industry improvements to assist the company in moving forward to the next level of success
- Understand and adhere to the operational budget of their community
- Maximize the profitability of their community while maintaining and upgrading their community
- Identify and execute property improvement, seek new vendors and contractors, and negotiate the best quality service for the best price
- Ensure all compliance and regulatory policies are addressed and handled in their community according to Federal, State, and county regulations, employee safety, labor regulations, company policies, and community guidelines. Inform the supervisor of any violations or concerns immediately
- Consistent focus on increasing occupancy, cost reduction, resident relations, and community improvement
- Work with all upper management to ensure corporate growth by representing future company strategies and changes
REQUIREMENTS
Five (5) plus years of property management, high level of commitment and integrity. Displays leadership, is easily adaptable to new policies, is willing to self-improve, and displays a proven record of resident retention, increased occupancy, cost reduction, and community improvement. Must be able to sit and stand while performing computer work detail, able to climb stairs to deliver items to residents, able to lift up to 50 pounds to move items across the office for various needs, work outside in cold or hot environments while visiting resident homesites and completing managerial duties in the community. Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
COMPENSATION
- Receives Annual Salary of $65,000-$70,000 based on team experience
- Free housing / beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath house including utilities
- Receives a monthly bonus awarded quarterly based on community performance
- Sales commission for agreements initiated at assigned community
