Condominium Onsite / Resident Manager - Seattle, WA

Full Time Resident Manager needed for 68-unit condominium complex located in the Wedgwood area of Seattle. Prior condominium (not apartment) management experience a must. The majority of this position is CLEANING and BUILDING MAINTENANCE. This person should be a self-starter who completes projects efficiently and in a timely manner and is organized, dependable and outgoing, demonstrating an eye for detail.

We seek someone who displays strong social skills working effectively with a broad variety of people (e.g., contractors, city employees, homeowners, renters). Cleaning and property maintenance is a major part of the duties involved and pool maintenance certification preferred, or must be willing to become pool certified.

Additional job requirements include, but are not limited to; supervising move-ins and move-outs, overseeing deliveries, ensuring that project contractors are in compliance with condominium rules and regulations, and monitoring security of the property. Computer knowledge of MS Word and Outlook mandatory. Work schedule is from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday but must to be flexible from time to time to assist with after-hour emergencies, storm clean-up, etc.

Looking for a dynamic On Site Management team with previous Self Storage & U-Haul rental experience to manage a smaller 130+-unit well established self storage facility in Washington State.. I am looking for a couple that has the experience to oversee and manage the day to day operations. This job includes basic Self Storage & UHaul facility bookkeeping, transactions and reports, maintenance & seasonal yard work, and running basic snow removal equipment is necessary. U-Haul program experience necessary. I would like one person to run the inside office and the other person to handle the outside duties. FEATURED JOB OPENING: Mobile Home Park Manager(s) - San Marcos, CA

We are seeking a couple to manage a 93 unit, senior (55+) mobile home park in San Marcos, CA (North San Diego County). One person would do office management and the other maintenance.

Office management would involve collecting and recording rents, maintaining and organizing files, advertising vacancies and screening applicants for those vacancies, enforcing park rules while maintaining good relations with the residents, publishing notices from time to time, organining (or helping the HOA to organize) social functions, garnering services for the elderly as aailable, and in general making the entire operation run smoothly.

Maintenance functionis fall short of major construction items, but the maintenance expertise of the manager should be sufficient to deal with most minor problems, such as garbage disposal replacement, leaky pipes, dead outlets, drywall replacement, cabinet door hanging and adjustments, painting and a host of other minor problems that could arise from day to day. The maintenance person would also coordinate bids for jobs that exceed his level of expertise or time available and then supervise all contractors hired.

This would be a five days per week job; the assistant managers would assume responsibility on the weekends. Onsite housing would be provided.
