We are seeking Front Desk Representatives who are professional and energetic to welcome our guests when they arrive at our hotel. This position is responsible for providing excellent guest satisfaction and making it a priority to attend to guest needs such as check-in/check-outs, reservations, handling multiple phone lines, and responding to guest questions and needs.
Job Duties (day and night responsibilities include but not limited to):
* Greet customers
* Register and assign rooms to guests.
* Respond to guest needs, special requests and complaints, and alert the manager as needed
* Must be willing to be cross-trained in other duties including assistance with breakfast service, night audit, laundry and other housekeeping tasks.
* Active breakfast attendant during breakfast time- Set up and restock breakfast supplies
* Maintain the overall cleanliness of the office and breakfast room
* Minor maintenance
* Provide customer service in person and/or by phone.
* Receive payments by credit card or cash (cashier basic math necessary)
*Must be proficient with basic computer programs and willing to learn hotel software
*Must be able to operate office machines - computer, printer, fax machine, phone system
Previous work experience in hotel inkeeping preferred (Training is provided for those that are motivated and willing to learn).

Beautiful NW Washington Park Seeks Full-time Managers/Caretakers - Concrete, WA

We are seeking a working couple to fill our Caretaker / Manager position. SRW is a 300 site private family camping club located in the foothills of the NW Washington Cascade Mountains. SRW is on the banks of the Skagit River with a diverse landscape including densely forested areas alongside an open river front meadow. Our members enjoy our outdoor heated swimming pool, a lodge, volleyball court, basketball court, and small children’s play area. Our camping club is not open to the public, nor do we allow the renting of sites. Our camping lots have water hook ups, but no electrical power to individual campsites.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
The Caretakers / Manager position is full time year round with duties including hands-on facility and grounds maintenance, equipment maintenance and repair, and office managerial duties.
The Park Managers must demonstrate the following personal attributes: honesty, trustworthy, respectful, flexibility, as well as, be able to work with others in a professional manner at all times, and have excellent communication skills.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Physical Demands: The Park Manager will have to spend long hours and physical labor such as mowing, digging; weeding, trimming, painting, plumbing and basic carpentry, etc. will be required.
Environmental Conditions: The Park Manager may have to manage a number of projects at one time, and may be interrupted frequently to meet the needs and requests of members. The Park Manager may find the environment to be busy and will need excellent organizational and time and stress management skills to complete the required tasks.
Mental Demands: The Park Manager deals with a very stressful environment as many of the tasks necessary in the job require immediate attention.
REQUIRED EDUCATION/SKILLS:
Experience in park management preferred, but not a requirement. Have a valid driver’s license and a clean record. Either possess or have the ability to get a pool operator certification. Pass a background check and drug screen. Be able to fulfill the physical, environment and mental demands of this position.
