Couple to Manage Mobile Home Park - Ft Worth, TX
WHY DO WE SHOW EXPIRED LISTINGS?
Husband and Wife team needed for immediate opening in mobile home park. The park set on a heavily wooded acreage in a quaint town, west of Ft Worth.Eagle moutain lake, historic Ft Worth Stock Yards and Wolf Lodge are all neaby attractions.
Husband will need to have make ready skills, some HVAC, plumbing, electrical is helpful. Also if you understand water well systems and septic systems. Also responsible for mowing, general clean up, meeting other vendors as needed. Maintaining the well house and sprinkler for septic--- field. Enforce park rules.
Wife will man the office,renew leases, perform evictions, new leases, basic bookeeping, computer skills, rent collections etc.
The park currently has 48 spots, 8 park owned, 6 park financed and the remainder lot rent. We estimate no more than 30 hours per week for these positions.
We povide housing and salary. Husband should have most of his own tools.
We will privide a sign on bonus for the right couple. You will need to pass a background check and drug screen. This is long Term position.

Park Managers and Host - Whitney, TX
WHY DO WE SHOW EXPIRED LISTINGS?
Host and RV resort located in the center of Sr retirement community on Lake Whitney. Host responsibilities include helping customer park/hook up, keep ground clean, be availabe to customer needs, maintain shared areas bathrooms /game room. Light maintenance requires grounds ( in season ) repair plumbing and electrical damage from RV uses.
A complete list of responsibilities can be provided. If the couple is fully capable of operating the park then compensation up to $300/week , hook up, 10X10 storage and boat storage.

This motivated management team will act much like a Mayor, Supervisor, Gardener, Maintenance & take a hands-on approach in any necessary duties to accomplish objectives. We are looking to employ long-term employees with strong ETHICS & INTEGRITY, as well as company loyalty and a great attitude. This position provides a salary, a wonderful manager's house, including an allowance for utility expenses, gas allowance, cell phone allowance, and health insurance after 3 months of employment.
REQUIREMENTS:
Work hours are normal weekdays (except as needed for appointments and possible emergencies). Every other weekend includes being "on-call". Individuals must possess an attitude of self-motivation, problem-solving and hands-on approach to the task and objectives of the moment. Maintenance is one of the biggest issues. Tasks include mowing lawns in common areas; contacting the appropriate contractor in the event of an emergency; overseeing all aspects of the community. Being able to prioritize work and budget for the community needs is essential. Applicants must apply as a team and live on-site in management provided home. Computer & maintenance skills are required. Candidates must pass a background and credit check, but perfect credit is not required.
Prior property management experience is a plus.

Prepare Monthly reports
