While you stay in the island, you can learn and practice: -Painting -English/Spanish classes -Singing -Guitar -Manufacture of handmade chord instruments -Coconut handicrafts -Traditional fishing -Yoga -Meditation –Sailing.
This is a unique, quiet place to relax and reconnect with nature. We are located on the far west end of the island away from the town center, with stunning views of the sunrise and sunset. Desk Clerk/ Light Maintenance/ Housekeeping - Eunice, LA

Our Inn & RV Park in Eunice, Louisiana, has a front desk position and/or housekeeping open. Campground work in a friendly, mom and pop, quiet park on the Cajun Prairie, centrally located between four major cities within the state. If you want culture, this is the place to be!
This can be a temporary position for the winter or a year-round position for the right couple. In exchange for 96 hours per month (24 hours per week) per occupied site, seasonal or year-round work campers receive:

Laundry tokens
2 work shirts
Compensation of hours over 80/month at $8.50 per hour
Note that overage hours are nominal and cannot be relied on as a significant source of income.
Standard duties include answering phone calls, check ins and check outs for guests, assisting guests with area information, assisting guests with room needs (additional laundry, toiletries, and/or lock outs), updating marketing and social media, keep lobby tidy, and general guest relation services. Our lobby is open from 8am to 8pm. Work camper to “fill in gaps” for owners and have one evening on call. Primary duty is to ensure a pleasant and happy guest experience.

In need of an experienced and skilled mobile home park management team/couple for a 55+ age park. Ideal team will have two or more years experience managing a senior mobilehome park in California.
Couple should have a working knowledge of the Title 25, as well as the CA Mobilehome Residency Laws (Civil Codes). Certified MCM classes taken through the WMA would be a plus. At least one person must have computer knowledge and be comfortable using a MAC. Computer skills would include the Microsoft Office products (Word and Excel), as well as the ability to receive and send email and to download files. The mobilehome park is located in Whittier, CA.
