Viable candidates must pass clean background check and drug testings. Couples wishing to be considered for this opportunity must work well together. One partner will be primarily responsible for running the office, customer service, and must have basic computer/communition skills. The other partner will perform all necessary upkeep and light maintenance is neededd. Experience in construction or property maintenance project preferred. The phsical requirment would emcompass being able to walk, twist and lift 50lbs. No storage management experience required, will train.
Compensation package includes base salary, bonuses, paid holidays & vacation, a 2 bedroom partially furnished apartment which incudes all utilities, and Wi-Fi access. Living on the premises is essential for this position. No young children are allowed to live on-site. for this job, two people are necessaeryand both must be qualified.

Located on the north shore of Maui, we operate a fruit stand on the famous Hana Highway.
This is not a typical 9-5 job as you will be living within a community.
We need someone that is able and willing to do what it takes.
Our fruit stand sells smoothies, crepes, Acai bowls, cane juice and other goodies that we buy locally or make on the property.
We have lots of buildings to maintain, lots of jungle to cut back, and apprentices that are willing to give a helping hand.
For your hard work, you will receive:
Your own brand new accommodation with private bathroom, shower, wifi, and on-site laundry.
We also provide food for 3 meals a day. The manager does the shopping!
Having your own transport would help but is not necessary.
Having experience fixing things and managing workers is an asset.
We also value cleanliness since it is a community and need to be respectful to everyone.

A Senior Couple is Needed for Paradise Shados MHP, a 200 space, 55+ Community in North Phoenix seeking an experienced, Full-Time Maintenance Technician and Assistant Manager Team.
We value strong customer service, attention to detail and integrity.
The Outside Person (Maintenance Technician) will help maintain our community in outstanding condition by performing hands-on maintenance, repairs and cleaning of the common areas and maintaining our community Pool/Jacuzzi as well as remodeling company owned mobile homes for sale (typically a few homes each year). The Inside Person (Assistant Manager) will assist the Property Managers with daily office tasks and organization, including mobile home sales paperwork. We are looking for motivated self-starters with a willingness to learn and take directions and who has experience in the following required skills:
Outside Person/Maintenance Technician Essential Functions: • Electrical, gas and plumbing (including water lines and water meters). • Carpentry and painting and drywall repairs. • Knowledge of HVAC, furnaces and swamp coolers. • Proficient knowledge and safety of handling power tools and hand tools. • Flooring, tile and linoleum placement and repair. • Change door locks. • Meter readings, landscape, pavers, concrete, irrigation, planting & pruning. • Performs other tasks as needed: including storing items, moving items, receiving deliveries, etc. • Clean and maintain pools. (Pool certification preferred.) • 5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Ability to work well independently as well as on a team. • Availability to respond to community needs during non-business hours (may be required to be on-call). • Transportation with Valid Driver’s License and no DUI. • Good, clear communication.
The Inside Person (Assistant Manager) will assist the Property ManagerS with the daily office tasks, including the following essential functions: Inside Person/Assistant Manager Essential Functions: • Collect and deposit all rent in a timely manner • Maximize Community occupancy and income • Provide Monthly Reports • Maintain Organized Resident Files • Property Maintenance and Inspections • Professionally resolve resident complaints and concerns • Provide hands-on leadership and coordination to the Mainentance Team • Create and maintain a positive Community environment • Communicate and manage policies and procedures, including all safety procedures • Deliver notices in a timely • Maintain written log of tenant complaints • Maintain written log of maintenance repairs • Create and ensure a safe work environment • Protect and maintain Company assets • Control expenses • Assist in selling new and pre-owned mobile homes within the community • Manage inventory, marketing and advertising plans • Work effectively, cooperatively, and respectfully with co-workers, clients and other contacts • Additional duties as assigned by Supervisor
Both Required Skills: • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Must be self-motivated, independent and able to work with minimal supervision • Strong leadership and decision making skills • Demonstrated ability to motivate and manage staff performance • Computer Skills including Microsoft Office software products • Must be flexible, willing to work and be on call every other week and weekends, and able to adapt in a fast paced and ever changing environment Both Education and Experience: • High School Diploma or equivalent • 5+ years experience in property management for Assistant Manager • 5+ years experience in property maintenance for Maintenance Technician Compensation: • Salary depending on experience plus on-site housing and utiliies in a company owned mobile home.
