Need Property Manager(s) for a medium size Mobile Home Park in Anderson IN . 

Live in manager (couple) will be preferred. The right candidate can move their home or can be provided a home to live in. 
You must have proven strong track record of rent collections. Home sales or lease. Rehab and making homes ready for rent.

You must have *High School diploma or GED *Car/truck that can be used for hauling at times. HAving tools is a plus. Valid Driver's Licence * Cell Phone * Computer Skills for email/word/excel processing *You must pass background Check

Duties include, but not limited to:

 * Marketing/ Leasing homes *Make homes rent ready/ show homes for rent

* Rent collections/Evictions/ handing notices

* Enforce Park Rules/ Guidelines & Indiana Health Rules/Regulations for Mobile Home Parks

* Routine communication with the regional office on resident requests/ park upkeep

* Routine property/ community inspections/read water meters 

* Lawn Care/Landscaping * Community maintenance

* Park owned home maintenance and rehab

You must be: * Experienced in customer service or management of mobile home parks /rental homes. * Have knowledge of Mobile Homes 

Knowledge of the following computer programs is a plus- *Property management software (Rent manager) *Excel *Word *Craigslist *Outlook
