We are looking for a Top Shelf Management Couple for a world-class resort on a Private Island in the Bahamas.  Must have at least 5 years experience managing a reputable 5 Star Game Lodge or Resort.  Must be able to work long hours and live in a remote location.

It is imperative that one of the couple has Boating experience. Captain’s license a plus.

• Overseeing the smooth running of all departments.

Houseparent Couple - Waleska, GA

Goshen Valley is currently seeking a mission-minded married housecouple. Applicants with up to 2 school aged children will be considered. The couple will be charged with the emotional, educational, physical and spiritual nurturing of approximately 7 teenage boys with ages ranging from 11-17 years. Goshen Valley is a faith-based, beautiful 160 acre wooded ranch in Waleska, GA with 6 homes, housing a total of 42 young men.

Goshen stands for a quality environment for youth in fostercare with a focus on spiritual growth, recreation, education and independent living skills development. GVBR was founded in 2000 and has served over 225 youth.

Houseparents are required to have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED with a bachelors degree preferred. Couples with clinical training will be given preference and houseparenting experience is preferred.

The majority of this position is CLEANING and BUILDING MAINTENANCE. This person should be a self-starter who completes projects efficiently and in a timely manner and is organized, dependable and outgoing, demonstrating an eye for detail.

Cleaning and property maintenance is a major part of the duties involved and pool maintenance certification preferred, or must be willing to become pool certified. 

Additional job requirements include, but are not limited to; supervising move-ins and move-outs, overseeing deliveries, ensuring that project contractors are in compliance with condominium rules and regulations, and monitoring security of the property. Computer knowledge of MS Word and Outlook mandatory. Work schedule is from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday but must to be flexible from time to time to assist with after-hour emergencies, storm clean-up, etc.
