Self-Storage company is interested in hiring very driven single property managers, store teams (couples), and assistant property managers qualified to do all tasks listed in the job description. These individuals will be part of a team, and responsible for maximizing the rental potential of a self-storage facility location and oversee all aspects of storage transactions, customer service, rentals, record-keeping and security.

These individuals will be responsible for the efficient and effective operations of the store through general property maintenance, a strong desire to grow the business,through outside the box thinking, developing effecting branding and marketing strategies, a positive attitude that reflects a desire to maintain the highest level of customer service and respect for internal and external customers.

 All individuals must be able to conduct themselves professionally while servicing customers and both must have the ability to perform office duties. Additional responsibilities include community involvement through marketing initiatives.

All Individual’s must be able to perform office duties as well as light maintenance on property such as removal of weeds, light electrical, light plumbing, cleaning units, fixing doors and removing debris. Individuals must be able to endure exerting up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally and/or up to 20 lbs. of force frequently and/or up to 10 lbs. of force constantly to move objects.

All positions require a valid driver’s license and employees are required to maintain a good driving record to operate motor vehicles.

Additional skills a plus:

·        Experience in construction or maintenance projects

·        High level of customer service skills

·        Excellent written and verbal skills

·        Hospitality background

The position could be part time for a short time & evolve to full time. Salary commensurate with our needs and your skills and experience. Applicants must be experienced, older adults. They must be open to a long-term job situation,  possibly 4-5+ years. We can't consider people who both have full time jobs.

Summary - living and sharing the enjoyment and maintenance of this property, and having a mutually beneficial relationship,  would be an accurate description of the situation we offer. Flexible move in date.

We are still active and can handle/assist in most of the activities below. 

You will be:
