A 22 unit lodge on the Sonoma Coast, is looking for a TWO (2) person live onsite in your own RV (under 25 ft) housekeeper and maintenance/groundskeeper team.  We are seeking an energetic, fun loving, highly motivated, honest, positive, and dependable couple.    

Positions include daily housekeeping, laundry, extra attention to details in rooms when slow.

Groundskeeping, lawns, trees, and curb appeal.

Possible shifts at the Front Desk

Maintenance skills required.  Spa chemical and upkeep also required.

Self Storage Facility Managers - Grants Pass, OR

We are seeking an ambitious and professional couple or highly motivated single professional to manage our storage facility as if it were their own. We place great emphasis on friendly, professional managers and our commitment to a clean, secure, and well maintained facility. Our full-time managers will live on-site (no pets) and perform all operations and sales functions at our newly built 220+ storage facility in Grants Pass, Oregon.

Managers will be responsible for, and oversee, the daily operations of the facility, which include but are not limited to the following:

• Phone, internet and walk-in inquiry conversions - Renting Storage Units
• Collecting Payments
• Making Collection Calls
• Maximizing Occupancy
• Maximizing Revenue and Overseeing all aspects of the operation of the facility
• Recommendations and implementation of local marketing initiatives
• Marketing to local businesses
• Excellent customer service (rentals, payments, sales and customer issues)
• Ability to be driven by performance goals
• Maintaining customer files and auction statuses
• Maintaining and improving facility appearance
• Daily walkthrough of our facility
• Daily bank runs/deposits
• Light to heavy maintenance and clean-up work required
• Cleaning units and interior buildings
• Monitoring security system & cameras

Job Qualifications:

• Self Storage management experience a plus
• storEDGE software knowledge a plus
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

The compensation package includes salary (DOE), housing, and utilities. Our facility is located close to parks, Rogue River, shopping, bus transportation, and downtown Grants Pass.
