We have an immediate opening for Housekeeping/laundry & Landscaping live on-site couple.

We are building our team for the season and are looking for an entergetic couple who are looking for a change of scenery and are willing to look at the beautiful Pacific Ocean from their job and their RV site everyday!!  Dedication to the job, greeting our guests while on property with a friendly attitude is a must.  We offer a fun, relaxed work environment working alongside a great team.  Hours are 40 hrs. per week per person, with the same shifts. 

Daily tasks include housekeeping of rooms, laundry, landscape duties, daily spa upkeep and occasional maintenance.  We also have a small general store and deli where we need fill in help as well.  

We offer a level RV site with water, power, garbage, laundry facility, plus hourly wage.   You just need to bring your own RV and we are ready to work with you.

Looking for housekeeping help, and simple grounds upkeep! Free RV site and a stipend monthly pay.

We are located in the Heart of the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore. We are a small Resort on 3 acres with Free access to Glen Lake, Bring your RV- Bring your boat! We offer kayaks, canoes, SUP boards. We have full RV hookup- workout facility, BBQ grills, sand volleyball, horseshoes, big brand-new pole barn and a nice gathering room that includes free breakfast every morning. 

Workcamper positions available - Four Oaks, NC

Immediate: We are a small campground/motel j ust off I-95 in Four Oaks, NC. Couples needed to help maintain small, family-oriented campground/motel. Duties include, cleaning/maint, mowing/landscaping, repairs and help with special events. Campground Master experience a plus.

Open year-round. Position is for trade of 30 hours per week, which is five 6-hour shifts/week to be divided in any combination/couple. Compensation: FHU site incl electric, up to two propane 40# tanks each month, $20 laundry credit, free WiFi, free cable TV/deposit for box and a 10% store discount.

Looking for a experienced couple to live on the premises and manage a 53 room seasonal property in Estes Park Colorado, just outside of Beautiful Rocky Mountain National Park.  We are open May - October.

Job Duties include: Taking Reservations Leading a small staff HR functions Employee relations Guest relations Checking in/out guests Helping with Housekeeping and Laundry General Maintenance of property including pool and spa and projects Bookkeeping/Financial recording Must be very computer literate with basic Microsoft office. Property is currently under renovation and will require planning and organization.

Position includes a 1 bedroom Apartment plus Salary of $4,583 per month.

On call 24 hours. Hotel, Motel front desk management experience required. Construction and property maintenance experience required.

We are looking for a bright, talented, self-motivated management TEAM for our Manufactured Home Communities. TEAM consists of one full time maintenance and one part time manager.

The right candidates will be friendly, professional and have excellent customer service skills. Must be computer-literate, positive verbal and written skills. The property managers will be responsible for a wide array of duties and tasks involved in overseeing the communities

Duties include, but are not limited to:
Answering phones, emails and walk-ins regarding rental booking and lease inquiries
Customer service skills, house showings, and sale of homes
Oversee day to day operations for all communities
Maintenance, repairs, replacements, and upkeep of property and rental units as needed
Grounds keeping, including snow removal and lawn maintenance
Prepare, review and execute leases with new and renewing residents
Collect rents, manage accounts receivable and billing on our rental software
Process resident inquiries and complaints -- enforcing community living standards
Maintain an update leases and rental contracts
Organize, assist (and lead) with miscellaneous projects and developments
Copy and email when needed, run errands as necessary
Maintain a court appearance calendar and make appearance for eviction actions

Compensation for this position is based on experience and includes a private manager house.
