We are looking for a couple that enjoys being active. We are a smaller resort with less than 500 sites.
We have very active residents and it keeps are activity directors really busy. For this reason, we are looking for a couple to help them. I need a couple that can be flexible with hours and days to work. This workcamper job requires each person to work 12 hours per week or a total of 24 hours per week per couple for a full hook-up site and electricity. Need to start no later than November 1 and stay till through March or maybe a bit longer. You will be assisting the activity directors with dances, entertainment, and office work. Knowledge of computers would be excellent.
Resident Mobile Home Park Managers - Jacksonville, OR

Manager responsibilities include:
· Administration: collect rent, maintain financial records and prepare reports
· Facility Maintenance: inspect grounds, perform minor repairs, monitor well/pump system and maintain pool
· Resident Relations: liaison with owners, respond to resident’s concerns, and manage compliance with rules and policy
· Prospective Tenant Relations: review rental applications, screen applicants and provide information
Qualifications
· Experience managing multi-unit property preferred
· Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
· Experience communicating, both verbally and in writing, with a diverse community
· Ability to manage conflict
· Knowledge of or ability to learn Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access and Publisher
· Ability to work independently and make decisions
· General maintenance skills

Onsite Manager Couple for Motel - Watsonville, CA

We are seeking an energetic, positive and capable couple to manage our 30 unit property located in Watsonville, CA. This is a full-time, live-in year round position. The ideal couple applicant has motel experience, excellent computer skills, can multi-task, is honest, self-motivated and willing and able to perform minor handyman tasks.
Duties include, but are not limited to: guest relations, rate management, marketing, reservations, conflict resolution, managing housekeeping staff, ordering supplies, maintenance and some laundry & housekeeping. Good people skills a must!
Couple must be able to undertake all aspects of daily operations, including front desk duties (including late night check-ins), handling guest issues with composure, maintaining a clean property and be detail-oriented. This property caters to local cliental, not tourists. Job is for two people!

Work Camper Couple - FHU for 3 Hours a Day - Enterprise, OR

Our park is located in the upper-most, Eastern portion, of Oregon near Wallowa Lake State Park. Amazing hiking, fishing and biking along beautiful vistas, streams and mountains.
In exchange for FUH, we ask the following for only 3-Hours a day:
* Mowing common and campsite areas, when needed
* Irrigation to empty campsite and common areas not covered by sprinklers
* Raking, smoothing campsite gravel (only after a guest has left)
* Cleanout campsite fire pits, to ensure all embers have been properly extinguished (only after a guest has left)
* Removal of dead or dying shrubbery, when needed
* Repairs to fenced areas, when needed
* General cleaning and sanitation of the shower and laundry areas – cleaning supplies are provided
* Using the motorized lawn tractor and tow bucket, empty all trash receptacles on the property, including, Glamping Tents, Front Suite, Shower, Laundry and Office areas
