Caretakers For a Small Ranch in New Mexico - Mosinee, NM
WHY DO WE SHOW EXPIRED LISTINGS?
Starting immediately, seeking caretaker couple, with RV, to care for our remote, Gila River property in SW New Mexico. In exchange, we supply RV pad, electricity, water, septic hookup. An additional stipend of $300 may be available. There is an old settler cabin that could be rehabilitated. This is considered a long-term situation.
Caretakers must:

Enjoy solitude and wildlife. Nearest town is 45 minutes, nearest neighbor is three miles, nearest WalMart over 80 miles away. The road ends at our gate.

Handy with general maintenance and small carpentry skills.

Responsibilities include:

Situated approximately 45 miles SW of the Gila Wilderness, on the Gila River, this opportunity is for a healthy couple who love the outdoors and have a desire to live in a high desert riparian environment. A four-wheel drive vehicle is often necessary.
Mechanical and carpentry skills would be a wonderful plus. This situation is available for an indefinite period of time.

- Inspects Resort common areas, models and vacant units on a regular basis and completes the community inspection report.

Managers for Family RV Park (Housing Provided) - Penticton, BC

RV Park is looking for a semi-retired couple with previous experience in campground management and maintenance. The position is for a couple to attend to all operations of the RV Park. This is a full time position from now until October 31st and then part time for the other months. The managers are to live onsite in a two bedroom residence with an attractive all inclusive rent (power, cable, internet). This is a contract position - one year with option to renew. Remuneration to be discussed. Position to start immediately.
The daily duties include guest check in, making reservations, (all office management - answering phones and emails), site check out, general grounds maintenance, lawn mowing, property maintenance and housekeeping duties (cleaning of washrooms and laundry). The position requires computer skills, people skills as wel as handyman skills. The ability to resolve conflict in a friendly manner and ensure that policies are adhered is a must. Being comfortable with email is a must, as all reservations are confirmed via email and most received via email. Must be bondable, physically fit -- no dogs please.
