Campground Host - Rumsey, CA

We are seeking couple to manage popular 49-site campground beginning immediately through Labor Day. Checking in campers, explaining park rules and regulations, assisting with minor park maintenance including litter retrieval and emptying the trash, replenishing restroom supplies, and assisting with cleaning the restrooms. $1600/month stipend, RV space, utilities, etc.

 You must have a valid drivers license, clean driving record, ability to multi-task, great communication skills, be able to think outside of a box, hard working, clean, neat, organized, a clean background, reliable, honest, hard working, a desire to help others, patient, kind, ability to follow directions, maintain a safe work and living environment, schedule doctor appointments, have a food managers  certificate, have cpr/first aid, have a tb test, high school graduate or ged, cell phone, ability to cook and prepare foods, be able to plan a menu and follow through, being diverse, remaining calm during an emergency, computer skills, and anything else that might come up.  These are just a few things that are required to run a facility and can change based on current TAC standards.

Property care takers, Perfect for a couple or small family - Sky Islands , AZ

We have a rural property in the mountains of Arizona near the boarder.  We are off grid. What we are looking for are trustworthy reliable applicants. This "job" does not require special skills. As long as you are responsible and keep an eye on things we will be happy.  You are free to bring your pets and we would prefer if you had your own camper. However we do have a small house that might be available to the right individuals.  

My husband is a mobile mechanic to the ranches up here. So he is at the property 3-5 days a week working. 

We expect a little weed whacking and solar system maintanance. This would be no more then 5 hrs a week.  

Since we provide power, water and sewer there is not stipend offered.  For someone that is handy, there are many day labor jobs in nearby Arivaca. Other property owners nearby often are looking for short term house sitters. 

Ranch & Hosting position in Nicaragua - Near San Juan Del Sur

What we are looking for:

• You must be a very experienced rider with a good knowledge of western riding (and be able to provide riding lessons to beginners).
• You should also have basic knowledge of horse healthcare and natural horsemanship.
• You have experience in hospitality and enjoy hosting international guests. You love people and would enjoy the role of ranch host.
• You should love being creative in the kitchen and be willing to help prep, serve and host meals for up to 15 people.
• You can  drive a ‘manual shift’ vehicle. General responsibilities including daily errands to town and pick up and delivery of guests.
• You should have intermediate or higher level Spanish, be very comfortable in nature, and be interested in exploring a sustainable, off-grid lifestyle.
• You are well traveled and comfortable living in a foreign culture. Ideally this is not your first time to Central America.
• You enjoy photography and are willing to photograph our tours and do post editing of the images.

Must have excellent knowledge of managing all aspects of hotel operations, as well as being customer focused and be dedicated team developers.
