Resort Manager Couple - Mayreau Island - Mayreau Island, St Vincent and the Grenadines

JOB DESCRIPTION – RESORT MANAGER COUPLE We are seeking a talented and energetic couple to manage the overall operations of a luxury boutique resort with 2 villas on a beautiful Caribbean Island. Must have excellent knowledge of managing all aspects of hotel operations, as well as being customer focused and be dedicated team developers.

Key attributes: -Experience in management positions with similar resorts -Sales experience and self-starter -Strong understanding of F&B operations -Hands on and detail oriented -Natural leaders overseeing all resort staff including training, motivation, morale and discipline -Fiscally knowledgeable and responsible -Ability to train and groom local staff -Have a passion for impeccable customer service & standards and authentic hospitality

Responsibilities: -Guest relations, activities and reservations -Maintenance support is available but ideally one of the couple should have general maintenance and repair skills, while the other should have administrative and front-of-house skills

-Manage and ensure all resort staff carry out their roles according as thoroughly and efficiently as possible -Ensure all properties, vehicles, boats and equipment are managed and looked after with the utmost care

-Responsible for maintaining resort lodgings and supplies Abilities and expectation: -An attitude whereby nothing is too much trouble

-Ability to lead by example -A very keen eye for detail -Outstanding work ethic -Organized, highly flexible and pro-active -Forward thinking and planning -Ability to remain calm, patient, diplomatic and tactful under pressure

-On call 24 hours a day in case of emergency Compensation: -You will receive a monthly salary commensurate with experience.
