PROPERTY MANAGER NEEDED!  Suitable for a couple management team.

Position available immediately for a newly built 63 space extended stay RV park located in Pearland, Texas.  

The park has 3 access points, one gated entry, a private dumpster and a 1.5 acre pond encompassed by a crushed granite meandering 1/4 mile walkpath amongst the trees surrounding the water.  All sites are concrete, 12' x 65' with double parking and 14' green space between each pad site.  The property has a newly built office and a separate laundry/restroom facility.  Tengo wifi and cable to each site are part of the park's amenities.  No pool or hot tub is located at this park, as we are marketing more towards the extended stay guests.  

Knowledge of Astra or Campground Manager is preferred.  Mowing and/or cleaning is not part of the scope of work, unless you wish to incorporate these duties into the scope and salary package.  Please contact for more information.

We are a Christian Restoration program whose mission is to minister to women who have been victims of human trafficking. We are in the process of expanding our mission to reach women and families who, were not trafficked but are in crisis and in need of restoration. As our mission is expanding, we are now in search for a House Coordinator Couple to run our family crisis program.

This position is expected to begin in September of 2017. The House Coordinator Couple plays a pivotal role of rebuilding the concept of trust, safety and stable relationships for the women who enter our Project Restore program.

We are looking for a full time missionary minded couple to run the weekly residential program. Our program encompasses life skills, job training, trauma informed counseling, horse therapy, biblical teaching and much much more. While we partner with various professionals to get these services to our residents, the House Coordinators play a pivotal role in ensuring the residents successfully follow the program.

We are looking for a strong ? christian? couple with no dependent children. We expect the female house-coordinator to run the majority of the program (case management , mentoring and teaching) with the women.

The husband may work outside the home, but is expected to demonstrate exceptional Godly character and set an example for what female/male interaction should look like while in the home.

Looking for Assistant Management Couple for RV park in Rockport, TX. This is a part time position. We have two RV parks and a seven unit vacation rental property.

One person to work in the office and must be good on computer, leasing, MS Office & customer service. The other person will take care of the grounds (mowing, weed-eating, etc.), cleaning and light maintenance. This job requires that you live onsite in your OWN RV. The job will include your site with all utilities and salary (doe -discussed at interview). We are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible and this is a long-term position and not seasonal.

We are looking for positive, faith-based MARRIED COUPLES who are passionate for helping at-risk children. As Houseparents you will work as a team to provide direct care for 6-8 at-risk boys, ages 6 to 17, by creating and maintaining a safe and loving family environment.

OVERVIEW OF MOST IMMEDIATE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be examples of Positive Role Models with positive and encouraging attitudes
• Responsibilities of a parent including, but not limited to, the provision of material, physical, spiritual, emotional, and disciplinary needs for children and household
• Preparing healthy meals and snacks; grocery buying
• Transporting residents to all designated appointments and therapies
• Administering and documenting of medications
• Facilitating ongoing relationships with residents and their families
• Following and organizing schedules, participating in related planning, and maintaining organized client files and documentation
• Maintaining a very clean, pleasant, and positive atmosphere in the home
• Remaining in compliance with state requirements and unannounced inspections
• Cooperating and communicating professionally with IFH team members
• Attending required trainings
• Staying abreast of the latest developments and therapies for children by reading, studying, listening to, networking, seeking out the newest and best practices for the development of children
• Participating with the children in church on a weekly and regular basis

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE
