We are seeking a Christian couple to serve as house parents to provide a traditional family environment to an average of 3-5 teenage girls from hard places. 

Responsible for direct care in evenings and weekends to connect, nurture and lovingly guide girls in learning life skills while empowering them to heal and grow.  We provide ongoing training for trauma informed care using the TBRI method focusing on building healthy relationships.  Our program seeks to heal the whole person giving them steps to success for their future which includes a credit recovery academic program, equine therapy, spiritual development, and independent life skills.  We target teenage girls ages 13-18 and currently developing independent living program for our graduates to continue to be a part of the ranch family until they are 21 and beyond.

Our ministry operates as a team approach in a family system to provide opportunities for girls to overcome life’s obstacles in order to redeem their past, restore peace in their hearts and renew hope for a brighter future, one step at a time.  Other duties include: grocery shopping, preparing meals, light house maintenance, maintain records, gardening and transporting girls as needed for appointments or activities.  Must have a willing servant’s heart with a ministry focus, an excellent driving record, pass background checks FBI/BCI, and preferred parenting experience.

Our RV Resort is an active retirement community seeking a work camper couple thru the end of September. We are located in the beautiful white mountains of Arizona. Work 20 hours a week for your site including utilities. Responsibilities range from opening/closing pool, set up and tear down for events, etc.

Seeking On-Site Mobile Home Park Management Team - Birmingham, AL

Seeking Mobile Home Park Management Team for 150 space mobile home park in Birmingham, AL. 

This is a long-term, permanent position.

The Management portion is part time and consists of:

• Inspecting the park on a daily basis
• Collecting past due rent, as needed
• Assisting in the processing of evictions
• Enforcing rules and regulations
• Solving problems as they arise
• Assist with marketing efforts (posting on craigslist, etc)
• Working with outside contractors and vendors (repairmen, utility companies, etc)
• Answering phone calls from existing and prospective tenants

The Maintenance portion consists of picking up garbage, small limbs, etc. and making sure the park looks clean daily.  Additional opportunities for compensation available for completing plumbing repairs or lawn maintenance in the park.

The Mobile Home Park Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the mobile home park. The Mobile Home Park Manager oversees and enhances the value of the property. Candidates should be self-motivated, organized, detail oriented, and strong in resident relations. Candidates must be dependable and lead by example. 

Candidates must have good communication skills. Position requires basic computer skills, ability to email, and ability to text photographs.  Ability to speak Spanish a plus, but not required.

Compensation includes free lot rent for mobile home or RV lot, salary, plus possibility for bonus. Mobile Home Park Manager must be willing to live on-site.   An existing part-time job or supplemental income is acceptable as long as it doesn't interfere park responsibilities.

Ideally, the Resident Managers will have:

·       Experience working with at-risk men in residential treatment

·       Ability to interact and effectively communicate with a culturally diverse, psychologically or behaviorally challenged population

·       Experience in transitioning homeless to positive situations (i.e., securing employment, creating and working on a budget, finding positive resources, etc.)

·       Assertive, self-confident, and sensitive in working with the men

·       Organized and dependable

·       Possess a valid driver's license

·       Demonstrate spiritual, social, emotional, and intellectual maturity

Skills will include: project organization, food service, public relations, written and oral communication, computers and reporting.

Resident Managers assist the Board in the leadership of the home they live in, and oversee the daily activities of the men. They are responsible for fostering cohesiveness and maintaining communication with the various agencies that provide benefits for them.  Identify spiritual needs, correct negative behavior, tutor, plan activities and events, counsel/advise and teach the men to work through daily problems that may come up in the course of a day.

Salary for this position is negotiable and will include housing, utilities, meals and two weeks annual vacation. Two adjoining rooms within the house are reserved for this position.    We also have the possibility of having an RV being on property, should you want to live in your own RV.

Retired couple for small Lake Resort in Washington, snowbirds welcome! - Loon Lake, WA

No Pets please.  We need a couple for 90 days to run the store, check guests in/out and do light housekeeping  We have posted this position before but did not land the right people for the job.  The current couple is retiring after 12 wonderful years.  

This position is open right away and timing will be a determing factor on who we choose. This is a perfect place for snowbirds,  high temps rarely reach 90F, evenings are cool and the living quarters are right on the beach.
