Our Campground is a 60+ site front country campground located 10 minutes north of Squamish, BC. The facility offers 14 fully services sites along with a mix of non-serviced sites. The campground offers a peaceful escape to nature and a wide variety of activities in the surrounding area.
Qualities:
· Camping experience required, previous caretaker experience an asset
· Anticipate and meet guest needs/expectations.
· Provide quality guest experiences
· Ability to work constantly with guests offering a high degree helpfulness, tact and professionalism
· Detail oriented, client-focused, excellent decision making, problem solving, take responsibility and effective communication are required.
Daily Duties Include:
· Guest check-in
· Site Check-out maintenance
· General grounds and trail maintenance as necessary
· Operate store, including firewood sales
· Washroom, shower cleaning and garbage removal required throughout day
· General maintenance and security
· Report maintenance issues to On-site Managers
Requirements:
- Canadian Residents or dual citizenship
- Valid Driver’s Licence
- Reside on-site
Compensation: Based on experience and will include a fully-serviced RV site.

The Property Manager should meet the following requirements:
- 2+ years of property management experience either in Mobile Home Park or Multi-Family
- Completed Fair Housing Training or certification
- Excellent multi-tasking and writing skills
- Computer skills including Microsoft Word/Excel
- Able to handle 10 to 20 emails per day
- Oversee Capital Improvement projects
- Very organized
- Have a professional demeanor towards residents
- Good negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple people doing mobile home rehab work
- Have Social Media experience like Facebook, Craigslist
Maintenance:
- Have 4+ years in Mobile Home Park or Multi-Family Maintenance experience
- General upkeep of the property including Mowing, Landscaping, Cleaning sewer issues
- Rehabbing mobile homes or Apt remodelling
- Bring your own tools and have a good trouble shooting knack to fix things
The base is $2,500/month Plus $250 for every mobile home sold beyond the current occupancy.

It is important that have experience cooking Mexican and American food for a large groups.
