Staff Position for Couple  

Texas Lakeside RV Resort is looking for several couple/teams for a work camper/staff positions. These are not seasonal positions.

Located on the Central Coast of Texas this 10-10-10 Good Sam Rated Resort is minutes from beaches, fishing, golf, shopping and much more this resort is offering long term opportunity for the right couples.

Typical position would require wife to work the office and the husband to work and perform outside duties.Inside duties include and are not limited to:

• Reservations and booking guests, previous CAMPGROUND MANAGER software experience is preferred. Light computer work, checking in and out guests.• Keeping clubhouse clean and presentable• Cleaning bathrooms, laundry and fitness center• Managing a cash drawer• Keeping store organized• Pumping propane

Outside duties include and are not limited to:• Assist Mowing grass• Assist Weed eating • Ant poison• Spraying round up as necessary• Blowing clubhouse porches off• Cleaning the pool deck and hot tub area• General maintenance and repairs• Painting • Cleaning bathrooms• Must Fill propane bottles and RV’s (certification required) 1 day class and test

The following skills should have been demonstrated and be available to confirm with references

Inside Position Computer skills (Excel and Word), reservation systems, counting money out, cash drawer management, general cleaning.

Outside Position Propane filling (or ability to attend 1 day class and pass open book test), Knowledge, operation and maintenance of lawn mowers, edgers, blowers, electric drills, saws.

Property Management Team for Mobile Home Community - Pensacola, FL

Seeking a mature Property Management Team to operate a 75+ mobile home community in Pensecola, FL (Escambia County). Our all-age family park requires strong maintenance and professional management with strong rule enforcement capabilities. Bi-lingual helpful, competitive compensation with free lot or housing included.

Required (combined skills and experience):

Must have previously worked in property management with strong computer skills, common sense, communication skills (written and verbal), knowledge across the trades, and enjoy people.

One team member must be physically able to perform maintenance and upkeep duties; manage property projects and repairs; have knowledge and/or execution skills to maintain property and homes.  The other team member must be able to perform office duties and home sales including experience with Microsoft Office.
