We are currently looking for Full Time Housekeepers. Minimum of 6 months experience require. Weekends and Holidays are required. Must have reliable transportation. Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds. Duties include but are not limited to cleaning of check-out and stay-over rooms, and deep cleaning, as needed. Full time. 

Couple Needed for 10-unit lodging property - Manson, WA

We are looking for a couple who will be responsible for all aspects of motel/lodging management - including, answering phones, housekeeping, laundry, guest services, small lawn maintenance and whatever else is needed to keep our guests taken care of.

This position is seasonal through September - our manager lives in an on-site new model, beautiful 30 foot travel trailer with a queen bed, full bath, double couches, dinette and nice kitchen.  If applicants have their own RV, they may bring it as there are full hook ups available.

.Our guests are quiet and really nice people - we have only 10 units so it's small and personal.  The couple will work 5 days a week and have two days off to explore the beautiful area.

There will be a salary (DOE) in addition to housing, all utilities, wifi, cable, and use of laundry facilities. 

Our area is full of outdoor activities, the lake is beautiful, there are many wineries in the area, low crime and just a nice small community feeling.

Caretaker/Maintenance Couple for small Complex - Cape Verde, Sao Vicente

Looking for a retired couple to look after & maintain a small complex of 11 villas plus pool, jacuzzi & general facilities.  The complex is front line to the ocean but slightly remote.

A small salary and a 2 bed appartment will be provided.  There will be opportunities to extend income by providing rental support to owners.

This will need the couple to qualify & obtain visas for retirement to cape verde

Sao Vicente is the cultural centre of Cape Verde and Mindelo (the main town) is 15 minutes from the complex.  The international airport is also 15 minutes from the complex.

Caretaker/Handyman (or Couple) - West Bend, WI

CARETAKER/HANDYMAN needed.  In return for housing at Stonefiled Manor Apartments, West Bend, WI.  The caretaker provides evening security, weekday/ weekend afternoon staffing, light maintenance/handyman services and special event assistance.  This position is ideal for an active retiree or part-time worker; couples are welcome.  

The caretaker residence consists of kitchen, pantry, living room/dining area, two bedrooms and one bathroom.  Minimum qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent: able to communicate well in English; abiliity to deal effectively with the public and volunteers; general handyman/maintenance skills (capentry, electrical, plumbing, etc.).  Must pass a background check.

Seeking an On Site management team for a recently built Class A Storage Facility. Must live On-Site in an upscale 2 bedroom apartment. Facility is 500 climate and non climate controlled units + parking, with a controlled access gate and 30+ surveillance cameras. 

Self storage or apartment management experience a plus, but not mandatory. Professional appearance, people skills and character matter more than experience.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, rentaing storage spaces, retail sales of boxes and moving supplies, maintaining customer files, rental agreements and communication logs using management software on a desktop PC, designing and implementing marketing programs, cleaning vacant units, light maintenance, mowing, etc.

Compensation includes base salary (dependent upon experience, bonuses, commissions and an upscale 2 bedroom residence with utilities paid.

Inn Keeper Couple - Tucson, AZ

We seek an enthusiastic, engaging inn keeping couple to be the face of our Orchard and Inn. Located 1 hour north of Tucson, our 3 bedroom house and 5 charming casitas overlook an organic garden and fruit orchard situated right on Aravaipa Creek. An appreciation of the Sonoran desert, hiking, love of nature and birds, and interest in organic farming a plus. The Inn provides in casita breakfasts, an ala carte basket lunch, and a delicious dinner direct from our garden to our community table.

We seek a couple that are self starters, willing to bring ideas and desire to help grow this amazing Inn and to be an integral part of this working farm. The position involves all aspects of Inn keeping. Enthusiastic attitude and great people skills, manage reservations/ check in, assist chef in food preparation and service, supervise housekeeping, casita area landscaping, and help Farm Manager with garden and orchard.
