The positions are minimally supervised.  We are looking for trustworthy, motivated, efficient, organized, mechanical, healthy, rugged, and willing learners for long term.

She keeps records, cleans, mows, prunes, sprays, paints with pride in the ranch homestead.  May also assist irrigation, feeding, calving, stock gathering and sorting.

He is a self-starter in irrigated round bale alfalfa production, savvy in range cow-calf herdsmanship, mechanical skill set to independently keep the associated equipment running and capacity to care and upgrade infrastructure: house, yards, buildings, fences, and stock facilities. Tools for general repairs not required but preferred.
