Together, the ideal couple will have relevant Front Office experience, a solid background in Food and Beverage, handyman skills, equipment maintenance skills, exceptional interpersonal communication skills, and be willing to work extended hours, weekends and holidays.

Demonstrated success in leading a diverse team, knowledge and ability to safely operate machinery, equipment, power and hand tools and work safely with chemicals and cleaning agents; as well as being able to perform moderate to heavy lifting is required.

Duties:

You should be committed to creating a supportive home environment and playing an active role in the lives of the adults in your care. Help with everything from transportation to laundry and meals when on duty. Parent will teach our clients basic life skills, positive behaviors, time and money management, and more. Transport clients to and from day treatment, appointments and on community outings. Be nurturing, provide firm limit setting and behavior management.

Experience in working with adults with intellectual disabilities is essential and preferably with management experience. Must have leadership skills, demonstrate sound values, organizational and problem solving skills.

Clear Driving Records and Background check is essential.

We are currently in search of a dynamic duo for our 250+ space, 55+ mobile home community in Southern San Diego. As part of our team and as our on-site management duo you would have a wide variety of duties related to the park, its residents, and potential residents. As well as regularly interact with maintenance workers, utility companies, and vendors necessary for the park's operation and any needed repairs.
