Seeking full time mobilehome/RV park on site community manager. Responsibilities include leasing, rent collection, light maintenance and supervision of maintenance activities, policing litter, resolving tenant issues, enforce park rules.  must have ability to work with tenants..possess strong customer service and telephone skills..

Each candidate will have complete background check including credit, criminal, eviction DMV and drug test.  Manager will have free space rent and mobilehome (if prospect does not have one)
