Property managers (couple ) needed for well kept 40-unit condominium complex in beautiful South Lake Tahoe, CA near the Heavenly Area.  Responsibilities include routine maintenance of common area, pool, hot tubs, clubhouse and office, and assisting owners and renters as needed.  Must be friendly and able to work independently, with only minimal supervision. 

Duties include:

•            Daily pool and spa maintenance

•            Daily walk through of Property

•            General cleaning and upkeep of the clubhouse, Sauna and Equipment

•            Snow removal

•            Minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry and painting

•            Ensure adherence to Association rules and regulation by owners, renters and guests

•            Maintain complex, common areas and equipment to provide a safe and secure environment

•            Oversee outside contractors

•            Recommend needed repairs to Board of Directors

•            Report to Board of Directors on a routine basis

•            Reasonably assist guests

•            Maintain and accurate accounting of expenses

Candidate(s) must be a self starter, have leadership skills, be able to multitask, strong communication and organizational skills, sound business background, and be compassionate towards young adults afflicted with fetal alcohol sectrum disorcer (FASD). Some faming/agricultural experience is a plus.

Positiion reports to the President of FASD Communities.

Work experience with people with disabilities, at risk youth or social work would be helpful. An understanting of FASD would be helpful however we will provide training  in this area.

This person will be responsibe for development of appropriate programs for these young adults, hiring and oversite of additional staff, maintaining accurate records for each participant and adhering to all licensing requirements for running an adult family home in WI.

This position could  include housing for either a person or couple.and salary will be commensurate with experience.
