Major Duties and Responsibilities: • Promote rentals by competently handling telephone and personal inquiries and providing information to customers and potential customers • Build extended and repeat rentals by resolving customer problems effectively and in a timely manner • Collecting funds, posting payments and making bank deposits • Completing new rental and vacate transactions properly • Effectively utilize computer systems • Open and close the office daily • Ensure that company standards of cleanliness are met or exceeded by keeping office, rest rooms and units clean and orderly • Cleaning exterior areas and grounds, and takes necessary action to meet company appearance standards • Monitor the physical condition of the facility and report maintenance requirements to Area Manager Additional Skills and Capabilities: • Skill in interacting with the public and providing excellent customer service • Ability to communicate effectively, including handling telephone calls efficiently and relaying messages accurately • Basic understanding of computer systems • Able to perform light maintenance and clean-up • Able to work with minimum direct supervision Candidates must possess excellent customer service skills, be detail oriented and possess basic computer skills. Service and maintenance abilities are a plus. Preference given to candidates with SiteLink leasing software and/or truck rental experience. Drug and background testing required. · Plan, schedule, and coordinate general maintenance for property.

· Inspect grounds, facilities, and equipment routinely to determine necessity of repairs or maintenance.
· Purchase building and maintenance supplies, equipment, or furniture.

Property managers (couple ) needed for well kept 40-unit condominium complex in beautiful South Lake Tahoe, CA near the Heavenly Area. Responsibilities include routine maintenance of common area, pool, hot tubs, clubhouse and office, and assisting owners and renters as needed. Must be friendly and able to work independently, with only minimal supervision.
Duties include:
• Daily pool and spa maintenance
• Daily walk through of Property
• General cleaning and upkeep of the clubhouse, Sauna and Equipment
• Snow removal
• Minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry and painting
• Ensure adherence to Association rules and regulation by owners, renters and guests
• Maintain complex, common areas and equipment to provide a safe and secure environment
• Oversee outside contractors

Positiion reports to the President of FASD Communities.
Work experience with people with disabilities, at risk youth or social work would be helpful. An understanting of FASD would be helpful however we will provide training in this area.
This person will be responsibe for development of appropriate programs for these young adults, hiring and oversite of additional staff, maintaining accurate records for each participant and adhering to all licensing requirements for running an adult family home in WI.
This position could include housing for either a person or couple.and salary will be commensurate with experience.
