Resident, on site full time storage facility couple managers.  Position is long term, includes salary, 2 bedroom/2bath apartment including utilities.  Experience preferred but not necessary. 

Working  days/hours Wednesday through Saturday 9:00am-5:30pm. 

Duties include renting storage units, computer data input, minimal bookkeeping, daily/weekly/monthly report preparation, policing and cleaning of storage units and grounds.

• Collect rents and deposit them using our check scanner - right from your desk.  No need to go to bank
• Is responsive to tenants
• Is computer literate - prior experience with RentManager, Yardi or other rent tracking software, as well as Dropbox and email
• Inspect vacant homes, photograph and communicate with corporate
• Can coordinate maintenance work
• Will enforce park rules

Live-in Domestic couple for South-Hampton Estate - South-Hamptons, NY

Seeking a full time live in domestic couple to run a large estate in Southampton. Your schedule will be flexible but will mainly be from Thursday through Monday.

 Duties will include deep cleaning of the large home, all laundry and ironing for the home, managing vendors and contractors associated with the home, running errands, ensuring the home is properly stocked, organizing pantries and closets, answering phones, greeting guests and visitors, and ensuring the home is ready for the family's arrival at all times. A family on the Upper East Side is seeking a live in Domestic Couple for their home. This position will be 5 days per week, breakfast through dinner.

The Couple will be responsible for assisting the family in the move to a new home, deep cleaning of the home, driving when needed, laundry, and silver polishing, grocery shopping, caring for the family's dog when needed, cooking for the family, and cooking and serving for formal parties when the family entertains.
