We are seeking a couple whose duties may include maintenance, general upkeep, and ground care, assist with taking reservations, work in our store, help with cleaning and meal preparation.  We provide housing and a salary.  You will also have a place to keep your horses if you ride.  You will work a flexible schedule depending upon events and needs.  Background check and drug testing prior to hiring.

Job Description:

Responsible for phone, internet and walk-in inquiry conversions - Renting Storage Units 

Renting Uhaul trucks to customers

Collecting Payments 

Making Collection Calls 

Maximizing Occupancy and Rents

Maximizing Revenue and Overseeing all aspects of the operation of the facility

Responsible for recommendations and implementation of local marketing initiatives

Marketing to local businesses and apartment managers

Responsible for customer service (rentals, payments, sales and customer issues)

Ability to be driven by performance goals

Responsible for maintaining customer files and auction statuses

Responsible for maintaining and improving facility appearance

Responsible for daily walkthrough of our facility

Responsible for daily bank runs/deposits

Light to heavy maintenance and clean-up work required

Responsible for cleaning units and interior buildings

 Self-Storage management experience a plus

InPlay Sports Data is looking for couples to collect statistics at GFA Premier League soccer games!

Compensation: 35 Euros/game + ticket and travel costs reimbursed + bonuses for good performance

InPlay Sports Data is looking for part time workers to record statistical information at games for the GFA Premier League.  We are hoping to recruit, hire and train new employees ASAP so that they can begin covering matches immediately.

Job description - InPlay Sports Reporters attend sporting events and collect statistics live from the venue using their smart phone.  At first, you will be trained how to verbally report a match via your personal cell phone to a Call Operator in our InPlay Call Center.  Full training on the reporting procedure will be provided and is can be done at your own pace. After you have proven that you comprehend the verbal reporting process, you will be trained on our company-made software that you will be able to access through your smartphone's internet browser. Basic training takes between 6-10 hours depending on how quickly you pick up the reporting process.

Pay is based on performance. You will start with a standard game fee and can possibly be deducted for inaccurate or delayed information. You will send the stats in real time and keep basic statistics.

We also pay for your mileage to the stadium, any parking fees and 100 % of the ticket costs including fees and taxes. There are also opportunities for InPlay to pay for airfare or hotel accommodations in unique circumstances such as tournaments.

NOTE: . InPlay reporters sit in the general seating at almost all venues and will not be credentialed media for most leagues.

Requirements:

We are seeking a ranch/farm couple we have a tiny home apartment in a barn, We have a sustainable ranch milking cows carding for cows pigs chickens and a vegetable garden.

If you are looking to work outside everyday and with the land in a Joel Salatin practice this is the job for you. Housing electricity and food we raise with a small salary. This is a lifestyle not really a job. We sell out of our farm store and CSA, I will not lie it is animals and plants so it is a 7 day a week job.
