Collect rents, manage accounts receivable and billing on our rental software
Process resident inquiries and concerns -- enforcing community living standards
Organize, assist (and lead) with miscellaneous projects and developments
Copy and email when needed, run errands as necessary
Maintain a court appearance calendar and make appearance for eviction actions
Compensation – Salary, great bonus package, free rent for private managers home, utilities, health and dental insurance, 401K.

Our Company owns and operates self-storage facilities in Colorado. We are a very successful family owed business since 1999. Currently seeking a COUPLE to manage one of our newest facilities in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The facility is brand new construction, state of the art in an upper demographic area. The facility is comprised of approximately 400 self-storage units. The position includes all phases of office operations, marketing plus light facility and grounds maintenance.
This is a full-time position (up to 40 hours per week). Part time assistance will supplement for days off and vacation. Compensation is fixed salary base plus generous performance bonus and vacation.
Employee housing is offered onsite (2 bedroom apartment) at no cost to the employee including paid utilities. Cable/internet is an employee expense. At this time, there is no company sponsored health care available with this position.
Strong candidates should possess:
ü Experience within the self-storage industry or similar relevant experience.
ü Appropriate computer skills.
ü Good communication and positive attitude.
ü Be non-smokers.

Work Campers in RV Park - San Antonio, TX

Work Camping couple in a family owned park. Immediate need is office, taking reservations, selling in our park store, some cleaning of cabins, laundry, and showers. We are a small but growing park, so everyone needs to be able to wear many hats. Most of our employees can fix a broken pipe, work in the office, sell from the store, do landscaping, clean the laundry room and showers. That said if you have a strong talent, that will be your primary job.

The right candidates will be responsible for all cleaning and organizing, laundry, and ironing, general maintenance, making meals for the large family, household errands and more. Office duties will require some computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel and Word, email and internet literate. Responsibilities will include rent collection, maintaining office records, resident files, preparation and service of notices, rent increases and other documents as needed for resident tenancy and eviction. Prospective purchaser screening, processing and completion of required documents. Prepare and execute rental agreements and Rules & Regulations. Other duties include daily telephone calls, weekly reports, bank deposits, enforcing rules and regulations, and resolving matters with residents in a professional manner.
Maintenance duties require experience and skill in electrical, plumbing, landscaping, painting. Janitorial duties to maintain common areas such as clubhouse, community pool, laundry rooms, and vacant spaces. Duties include lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs, bending and stooping. Placement and removal of electrical, gas and water meters as needed. Clearing sewer drains as needed and other repairs that are necessary to maintain the park at a standard that passes periodic inspections. Enforce park rules and regulations relating to tenant's responsibility regarding their respective spaces.
