Seeking A Couple To Manage Ranch Resort - Sanger, CA

We are a family owned guest ranch resort and B&B in the Sierra Foothills near Sequoia/Kings Canyon National parks and are seeking a couple managment team to live on site to serve in different capacities of our operations.  This is a year around position. The ideal couple will be positive, energetic, and must be very hands on in all aspects of everyday operations, with focus on excellent customer service and an exceptional guest experience. The candidates will possess good computer, written, verbal communication and time management skills.

Responsiblities include but are not limited to:

• Serve as the Banquet Manager
• Bartending (we will train)
• Participate in the welcoming orientation and programming for our Group Tours
• Assist the Equestrian Department
• Serve as the Night Manager on Duty as needed
• Room inspections
• Serve as Class B drivers when needed

Requirements:

• No Pets
• Must be able to work all major holidays and weekends
• Experience in hospitality preferred
