Managerial/Maintenance – Full Time 40 Hours A Week
Normally work hours are between, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday. Hours may be adjusted as appropriate for the needs of the property.
REPORTS: To Property Supervisor/Owner
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Management of all aspects of on-site operations of an RV Park including office functions and ground maintenance on property under the supervision of the appointed management company property supervisor. The residents will live on site as a condition of employment. This position starts at $10.50 hourly plus full housing credit for a 2bd/1 ba mobile home, satellite, Wi-Fi, garbage, water and sewer included. Health benefits offered.
Basic Functions:
1. Responsible for assisting the property manager in maintaining profitability of the park by maintaining high occupancy rates at all times, in accordance with the owner’s objectives.
2. Assists property supervisor and owners with special property-related projects and administrative tasks.
3. Performs routine daily maintenance and janitorial work including but not limited to minor repairs, lawn mowing, leaf blowing, tree trimming, and maintaining vacant lots.
4. Processing applications, perform move in’s, move out’s and lot transfers, maintaining excellent record keeping.
5. Collecting rents and delinquent rents, serving 3 days, 72 hour notices, entering rents and payables into Yardi software.
6. Rules and Regulations enforcement and follow through with resident notices.
7. Be a problem solver and have good communication skills.
8. Handle any emergency that may arise on site including after hours.
Qualifications:
1. Ability to read and understand written documents in English.
2. Ability to fully and clearly communicate in English .
3. Acquire and maintain a practical knowledge of all types of labor and materials normally used for maintenance and report including respective time factors involved.
4. Ability to operate effectively office equipment and systems including phones, calculators, scanners, personal computers, security monitoring system.
5. Must have personal transportation, current driver’s license and automobile insurance coverage.
Education / Experience:
1. High school equivalency.
2. Onsite resident manager experience required.
3. Familiar with Fair Housing Laws.
4. Yardi experience a plus.
5. Electrical and plumbing experience a plus.
6. Credit check and background check performed.

Experienced Trail Guides needed for established trail riding company - Temecula, CA

Veteran owned, very established horse trail riding company is seeking an on site couple to be in charge of managing our tour schedule and taking tours out in the beautiful Temecula Wine Country. The ranch is a 10 acre site in beautiful De Luz Hills.
The accommodations are not fancy as this is a working rescue ranch and all proceeds go to the care and housing and rehabillitation of the horses. We have about 5 tours a week both on and off site. There are many horses to ride and train besides doing the tours. All the mucking and feeding is done by volunteers so you will not be responsible for anything except the tours and training ( if you want to train).
We need someone who can haul a 6-10 horse trailer. If you are an experienced menchanic all the better! But not necessary. You must be competant to handle 2-14 person rides.
* If you have a pets or horses we accept both. If you have an RV that is ideal. We do have shared accommodation.
Compensation: free housing, food, expenses and tips. Some monetary compensation can be negotiated based on experience.
Seeking Domestic Couple for an Estate - Tennafly , NJ

Seeking a domestic couple to maintain a large estate in Tenafly, New Jersey. The principal is at the home every 6-8 weeks. The couple will be responsible for all deep cleaning, laundry, overseeing landscaping and maintenance crew, preparing basic meals when needed, and more.
You must have knowledge of setting up a table and providing proper dining service. You must keep the home ready for the principal at all times and for any potential visitors/business meetings that pop up. The ideal candidates will be responsible, proactive, organized, and can work independently. Must be eligible to work in the US.

We are seeking a long-term professional Caretaker for our property (couples preferred).
Candidates must live within 30 min drive of home or live on site. The property consists of 10 acres with 21 condos and other facilities. The expectations for quality service and efficiency are high. Must be experienced working in and around being able to demonstrate skill and depth in all aspects of managing a large property. We would like someone who is very professional, local, and highly trustworthy. Duties are overall maintenance and care of the property including front desk booking and customer service. This includes overseeing others as well as ‘hands-on” execution. We will provide housing in exchange for work. (negotiable salary/commission)
Resident Property Management for a family resort. The positions require a self-motivated full-time two-person team, with good problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach incorporated with great customer service capabilities.
Job Responsibilities:
Administrative skill set: Basic computer skills are necessary for use with Microsoft Word and onsite management software. Must have a professional appearance and the ability to interact calmly and professionally with our guests. Duties include Front desk, maintaining occupancy levels and increase occupancy through marketing.
Maintenance skill set: Hands-on general maintenance abilities necessary. Ensure physical operations are maintained to our standards by conducting an inspection of grounds, maintenance of common areas, rule enforcement, site inspections, reading of utility meters, swimming pool maintenance.
Basic Requirements:
• Currently living in or near the Pacific Northwest and willing to relocate and interview in person.
• High School diploma or equivalent (working experiences)
• Must have a clean record; pass a background check, drug, and physical capability check.
• Manufactured housing property management experience preferred
