This job is in a mobile home park and working for the top 100 largest mobile home parks in the country.

We are looking for a working couple who has experience in property management and maintenance in multi-family environment. 

The main responsibilities for Property Manager are:

1. Must have 3+ years Apartment/Mobile Home Park experience
2. Collections close to 100%
3. overseeing marketing and leasing/selling mobile homes in different social media sites
4. working with mobile home manufacturers and bringing new tenants and new homes
5. Inspection of grounds, building, and units on a regular basis
6. Data entry of accounts payables and receivables
7. Writing Newsletters
8. Willing to work flexible hours and weekends
9. Work independently and multi-task
10. Must be able to pass background check, drug screening and decent credit score (600+)
11. Must have good history of dependability and multi-task
12. Rent Manager and speaking Spanish is a PLUS
13. Good grades in High School is a PLUS

The main responsibilities for Maintenance are:

1. Fixing Under-Ground Water leaks and Sewer lines
2. HVAC experience in fixing minor issues. Ability to Install HVAC is a plus
3. Experience in pouring and finishing concrete, building decks, basic home repair (toilets, broken cabinets, minor plumbing issues,etc)
4. Landscaping
5. Bring own tools and have reliable transportation
6. Must have good history and dependability and multi-task
7. Must be able to pass background check, drug screening and decent credit score (600+)
8. Good grades in High School is a PLUS

The selected couple will live onsite and COLLECT 8% of receipts. The more the receipts, the more you will earn!.

Compensation is around $40,000 PLUS HUGE BONUSES to In Fill the park and improve operations. Once the park is full, you may be earning $60K and beyond. 

Lot Rent will be included in your compensation and you will need to live onsite. 

Live In Domestic Couple for Upper East Side Home - New York, NY

A family on the Upper East Side is seeking a live in Domestic Couple for their home. This position will be 5 days per week, breakfast through dinner. The Couple will be responsible for assisting the family in the move to a new home, deep cleaning of the home, driving when needed, laundry, and silver polishing, grocery shopping, caring for the family's dog when needed, cooking for the family, and cooking and serving for formal parties when the family entertains.

The ideal Couple will have previous experience in a formal home and with formal serving, will be flexible, pitch-in, will have positive attitudes, will be very organized, and will be autonomous. Must be eligible to work in the US, and have a minimum of 4years experience working in a private home.

We are seeking a qualified experienced couple to be Inn Keeper/Property Caretakers for a 13 room Lodge open year around in Heber/Overgaard, AZ

On-site Innkeeper couple will be responsible for the day to day operations, including and not limited to reservations (booking, monitoring, reporting) guest services-customer services, housekeeping, some laundry (we have laundry service), grounds keeping and minor maintenance/handyman duties. We suggest you are proficient with computer (Excel, Word) and capable of learning and operating Web Reserv reservation system. A MUST IS TO have a professional work ethic, and to be honest, trustworthy and reliable. Prior experience with hotel/motel management is helpful.

Our Boutique Lodge is located at 6000' elevation and is in a well-known year round recreation area.  Our winters are mild with light snowfall. Spring, summers and fall weather is absolutely perfect for hiking, four-wheeling, fishing, camping, horseback riding, hunting or just escaping Phoenix for a relaxing timeout.

The Innkeeper couple must be energetic, highly organized, possess wonderful people skills, physically able to manage day to day duties. This is a great opportunity for the right couple with knowledge of hospitality industry, maintenance, housekeeping and guest services.  Experienced in marketing through social media, advertising, interacting with guests to make their stay a pleasant memorable one so they come back and stay over and over again.  The success of our 13 room family friendly lodge will be completely dependent on your contribution and enthusiasm.

The Lodge does not have a support staff.  The entire property is managed and maintained by the couple hired.  This is not a management only position or an office job.   You will be required to get dirty cleaning rooms while maintaining a professional demeanor both on the phone and in person. 

Inn Keepers residence includes 2 full baths, 1 large bedroom with walk-in closet, large full kitchen/dining, 2 living areas, large covered deck and steps down to private yard. Also includes utilities, satellite TV, internet and, a monthly fee paid twice a month.

Position begins January 2018.
