We have an urgent requirement for a relief management couple for our motels. Property offering a fully furnished luxury two bedroom apartment with competitive compensation including air travel to and from property for the tentative dates of December 1, 2017-December 31st, 2017. We are seeking a customer service oriented couple who goes above and beyond, has strong attention to detail, experience with PMS software-Wyndham or limited service hotel motel experience. Note this role is temporary for a rapidly growing hospitality management and development company based in in South Florida.
Given optimal performance during the above assignment we are looking to recruit an all-star couple to manage a limited service francised property permanently in Forrest City Arkansas, a beautiful property of 69 rooms less than 1.5 years old. We are seeking a couple to handle front desk, day to day management, laundry, with a heavy focus on ensuring a great guest experience, increasing occupancy through aggressive sales and marketing. This property is located in a prime tri state location with various on-going multi-million dollar projects in fuel, railroad and development projects. We are a well known and experienced property development company developing multiple limited service to upper 4-5 star properties and strongly believe in promoting within.

We are seeking caring, dedicated individuals to join our team as house parent couples. While helping the Home accomplish its mission to support and strengthen youth, young adults and families, house parents provide direct care for teenage boys in our Residential Care Program. Utilizing a family environment and behaviorally-based curriculum, House Parents work with youth to promote positive life skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
Youth live, attend school and work on the Home’s main campus. House parent couples not only change the lives of youth, but also have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the human services field and can even attend school if they wish.

House Parent Couple: House parent couples act as positive role models and fulfill the daily parental duties for the youth in their care in a supportive, structured environment. Youth care – Ensures youth are ready for school or other activities for the day. Provides instruction regarding health and personal habits, behaviors, and provides assistance in achievement of academic goals. Provides teaching interactions, awarding both positive and negative consequences for appropriate personal and social behaviors. Reporting – Recording of points on youth cards at the end of each day. Prepares reports including but not limited to weekly progress reports, school reports, treatment plans, cottage operating budget, and incident reports. Household responsibilities – This may include transporting youth to appointments, or attending staff meetings or discussions with treatment teams. Youth may have daily household chores or afterschool jobs. Couples will accompany youth to the dining hall for meals as a family unit and will plan recreational activities and cottage outings. Other tasks may include handling mail, recording petty cash, communication with guardians/collaterals and scheduling appointments.
Required Experience: • High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred. • At least 21 years of age. • Previous experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. • Knowledge of psychological and sociological aspects of youth desired. • Must have the ability to implement and carry out the Home’s motivational behavior system in a positive and effective way. • Must be able to be certified and able to perform Nonviolent Crisis Intervention. • Basic knowledge of first aid and safety and ability to obtain CPR certification. • Must possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record and current auto insurance, and the ability to pass an extensive background check. • Ability to effectively interact with sensitivity and responsiveness to cultural differences present in the organization’s service and staff population, both individually and in groups.

Live-in couple needed to care for non-smoking home and family, with 4 children and no pets. Lady will need to have expert cleaning and laundry skills. Gentleman will need light cooking and light maintenance skills. They will require assistance with meal prep, cooking and washing dishes, as well as assistance with serving when they entertain about once a week.
Responsibilities also include overall maintenance and care of home, HVAC, home technology, electrical, plumbing, appliances and oversight of outside contractors when necessary. Some small handyman projects: replacing light bulbs, and keeping extras stocked. Snow removal in the winter.
Typical days are Tuesday through Saturday night inclusive. Flexible hours during those days. Must be child-friendly and willing to assist with childcare during the week as needed and most Saturday evenings. Knowledge of a kosher home a plus, but they are willing to teach. The family spends most of their summer at a beach house, so summer is a time for deep cleaning their main residence.
They prefer a professional, friendly, trustworthy, discrete, non-obtrusive and quiet couple with some domestic experience.
Benefits include health insurance, salary up to $125,000 per couple, private one-bedroom apartment with large living/dining area, full kitchen and bath. All utilities are paid. Cable TV provided.
