Manager team sought to manage 100+ units in the Yakima area. The best canidates for this position will be a team that can oversee both the office and Maintenance responsiblities of the community.
The office work includes resident relations, depositing rents, issing legal notices, resident screening, preparing leases for new residents, rule compliance, organizing community events, filing, answering phones, emil and gereral office work. The Maintenance work requires cleaning the grounds and common areas to include trash removal, eding, mowing and blowing th grounds. It also includes common area painting, entry level plumbing work, gate maintenance, minor elctrical and mecanical repairs.
