Responsibilities

-Work at appropriated area in your country

-visit potential customers for product presentation and making agreements

-Target customers are Brand retailers, Importers or any Potential Buyers

-Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information

-Updates sales reports daily to the head office in Thailand

-We are hiring for sales coordinator position in each country that are the local people and will be in charge of presenting our products to customer in your country

-Create new innovation or idea to present and sell product and respond to any inquiries from the customer

Qualifications

Gender: Male or female age not over 30

Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Must be able to training in Thailand

Good communication in English and native language

Good social communication skill with Line, Whatsapp, IG, Facebook, Twitter etc.

Basic computer skills such as Email, Ms Words, Ms Excel and MS Powerpoint

1-3 years of work experience

Passport requirement

Having sales experience will be advantage

Having experience or knowledge in Textile or Polyester fabric will be advantage

Couple to caretake a ranch in central Arizona - - Rimrock, AZ

Seeking couple to caretake a family ranch of 160 acres. This is a permanent position that includes a two bedroom house, all utilities, cell phone, and ranch vehicle for ranch use. The job includes irrigating and mowing the lawn, feeding up to 60 head of cattle, feeding dogs and some horses.

General handyman work is expected as there are several buildings on the ranch that occasionally require maintenance. Basic plumbing, pool maintenance and on site security. Ranch is located 9-10 miles from the nearest town. Some light cleaning of the family houses would be required prior to family visits. We require a pass through background check, valid drivers license, previous ranch work skills, no drug or excessive alcohol use.

Bed & Breakfast needing caretakers in August or Wintertime, housing may be provided when we are gone.  Or, year-round, we have RV Hook-ups on our extra lot.  We welcome short-term Work Campers (up to one month) in the heart of Canyon Country, Grand Staircase Escalante Monument, between Bryce Canyon and Capitol Reef National Parks.  Awesome location for those who would like to stay in the “American Outback” long enough to really explore the slot canyons, Indian ruins, national parks, etc. 

We provide breakfast on slower days and a full RV hook-up on our extra lot, plus a bathroom & laundry room,  in exchange for 2 hours a day per person (Couples preferred, for Housekeeping & Landscaping or handyman work). Days off okay.  Additional paid hours and additional months may be available for those with skills.  

No smokers. No partiers. Positive attitude, clean appearance and clean living habits only!  Sorry, we don’t need hospitality help.  

ABOUT ESCALANTE:  Population 750.  Elevation 5,820. Spring & Fall are lovely.  The landscape is amazing. Summers are in the 90’s with dry heat or thunderstorms. Winters are chilly but mostly sunny.  In the event of approaching storms, we are only 3 hours from St. George sunshine!    Be prepared to get dehydrated and sunburnt quickly in the high desert.  Freezing conditions and snow possible in the winter.

Innkeppers Needed - Staunton, VA

We are seeking a long term, live in innkeeper couple to manage our historic 23 room inn in Staunton, Virginia in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley.

 You will be responsible for managing all aspects of day to day operations, which include, but are not limited to: Guest relations (inquiries, reservations, checkins/out, etc), managing housekeeping and breakfast staff, cooking breakfast (all precooked meals from a set menu), minor repairs and maintenance, keeping track of supplies, participating in annual downtown events, etc. Compensation includes a one bedroom apartment with all utilities paid, plus salary with paid vacation. Ideal candidates will be motivated, self-starters with or without experience (we are willing to train the right people).
