We are seeking summer 2019 work camp couples. The season is May 1 through October. You must be able to arrive by May 1st.

Duties include: RV & tent site prep, cleaning cabins, bathhouse and guest laundry, doing cabin laundry, yard work, ect. Shift is 8am to 1pm on/3 off then 1pm to 6pm on/3 off. There is so much to do in southwestern Colorado and 3 days off in a row to enjoy this area! We provide a FHU site, laundry, store & propane discounts, and a great summer in Colorado!

Office duties included but not limited to answering phone, text or emails. Computer knowledge helpful. Responsible for rent collecttions, checking RV customers in and out.

Residential Managers - Hot Springs, AR

Our Resort is a 28 unit motel on Lake Hamilton in Hot Springs , Arkansas. We are currently looking for a live in Resident Couple to manage our motel. You must be energetic and enthusiastic as well as dependable, organized and a self starter. You must have experience in 3rd party booking sites like Expedia and Booking.com and have knowledge on marketing in the motel business.

During the slower months you will be responsible for managing our motel and cleaning rooms including deep cleans, although you will be involved all year long in cleaning and managing other housekeepers during summer busy months. We prefer no children or pets but open for discussion. Our Motel is a non smoking facility, all smoking is outside only.

The office is well organized and easy to maintain and manage but must be kept balanced and up to date. Our booking software is user friendly and easy to manage so you must have some computer skills.

The residence is a apartment in the same building as the office with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths upstairs, and a living room  with  a community kitchen and laundry room downstairs. Compensation includes the apartment as well as utilities, internet and tv satellite. There will also be a salary which will depend on experience to start.

Work Camping Positions - Holopaw, FL

We are seeking volunteers between September and April, in exchange for a full hookup RV site. We are in Holopaw, FL in central Osceola Co., approximately 18 miles southeast of St. Cloud along Highway US192.

Nearby towns include St. Cloud (~18 miles), Orlando (~50 miles) and Melbourne (~25miles). We are within an hour’s drive of Disney World, Universal Studios, theme parks, and beaches. There are four full hook-up RV sites with electricity, sewer, and water. The area is very remote, so if you enjoy the outdoors, a rural lifestyle, and outdoor recreation such as hunting and fishing, this may be the place for you! We have a common trailer for volunteers, which has a refrigerator, stove, restrooms, and laundry facilities. Volunteers’ primary duties will be to monitor recreational use on the management area, provide information to the public, and collect biological data. This includes keeping count of hunters and other recreational users, providing information to hunters and recreational users, and collecting biological data from harvested animals. No previous experience is necessary and training will be provided by staff biologists. However, if hunting is objectionable to you, or if you are reluctant to handle dead animals, then you should not apply. In addition to work at the check station, volunteers may assist with facility maintenance and other tasks as needed. In exchange for hookups and use of facilities, we request at least 32 hours of work each week per campsite. Days of the week worked are somewhat flexible. The heaviest use of the Management Area occurs from September through December, and consequently, some preference may be given to those people who can arrive early in the season. Check station shifts can be long days starting early in the morning and running into the night. It is very possible to reach your 32 hours of volunteer time in just 2 or 3 days.

We are looking for a management team that would enjoy working and living in the Banning area.  The job provides a nice double-wide home.  The mobilehome park is located in Banning, CA; it is a Senior (55+) park made up primarily of resident owned homes.  The park is well-maintained with 143 spaces. 

We are looking for a team experienced in providing mobilehome park management to include knowledge of collecting rents, making deposits, procedural policies with regards to the Mobilehome Residency Law.  The ideal couple would have participated in some classes provided by the WMA.  An important attribute would be to have workable computer skills, especially in using Microsoft Word and Excel, full usage of the internet, sending and receiving email with attachments.
