We are seeking a responsible, caring married couple to become Houseparents (HP). We are located in Ellensburg, which is two hours east of Seattle,was specfically desiged and created to promote independant living for four young men with developmental disabilites.

Our care philosophy  emphasizes encouragement and positive reinforcement with respect for each resident. Our houseparent's are responsible for overseeing the residents established daily routines while caring for the home. We strive to integrate daily opportunities that a typical person might experience into a unifying whole, so that life is truly rich and fulfilling as possible.

Position salary starting at: $53,760 per couple, tax exempt, which includes bi-annual salary increases along with comprehensive benefit package. Housing, utilites and food are included.

Work Schedule:HP recieve 4 days off per month and earn PTO at a rate of 7 days per year. On-site separate suite availabe for HP in the event they choose to stay during their days off. Clients you are caring for attend an off-site support program (The Trellis Center) M-F year round.

Qualifications:

*Must meet the training requirements to becom a Washington State Individual Care Provider (IP). Each HP will complete 75 hrs. of paid training to meet the requiremnts. Employmet shall be contingent upon the results of a Washington State background check. Must have valid drivers license.

*A high school diploma or equivalent; experience working with developmentally disabled individuals preferred but not required.

*Caregivers need to be physically and mentally capable of performing residents care plan which includes individual personal hygiene, meal planning, cooking, light housework and light yard maintenane.

*Must be reliabel, flexible and have te ability to work in a team environment.

Full time Self Storage Manager/Part time Maintenance Man - Sandia Park , NM

Looking for a self storage manager to work 5 days (38-40 hours a week) and a maintenance person to work 1 day a week (8hrs) in the Sandia Park area.

Manager duties include but not limited to: Provide outstanding customer service by helping customers understand their needs, recommend storage solutions and help them acquire the needed product solutions. Assist reservation and walk-in customers (both in person and on the phone) in renting storage units, understanding the lease terms, fees and insurance and completing lease agreements. Consult, sell, and up sell to customers merchandise such as boxes, tape and other appropriate products that meet their needs, Ensure the appearance of the property is customer ready by cleaning units, sweeping, mopping, removing debris, wiping windows, etc...; ultimately ensure property appearance is safe and welcoming. Manage, verify, balance cash drawer; prepare and make deposits. Conduct a daily physical storage unit inspection confirming inventory availability and ensuring each unit is secure or ready to rent. Conducts welcome, collection and other types of calls and documents notes in computer system. Energetic, outgoing, customer oriented personality. Strong communication, interpersonal and problem resolution skills. Enjoys and easily operates independently. Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Strong computer skills and social media posting. Accuracy in entering data, posting account notations and balancing daily transactions. Valid driver's license with access to reliable transportation used during the work day. Ability and willingness to perform light cleaning and maintenance such as sweeping, mopping, wiping windows, etc. . . Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check. Paid training, mileage, paid holidays and 1 weeks paid vacation after one year, up to two weeks after 2 years.  Maintenance duties to include but not limited to: sweeping units, mowing grass/weed eating and general grounds keeping,  repairing doors, general maintenance on the property.

Work Camper Couple Wanted - Folkston, GA

We are looking for a couple for office/store work, check ins, making reservations and cabin and bathhouse cleaning.

The position is for 20 hrs per week, with alternating/closing shifts, usually 4 - 5hr days and every other week end off. Any hours over 20 will be paid at a rate agreed upon. FHU, use of laundry and campground amenities are the compensation package. We are looking for for work campers for Aug-Nov. We are not looking for winter staff as we alreadyhave plenty of applicants for the winter.

Dressage Farm Management Couple - Pittstown, NJ

We are seeking a high-energy farm management couple to oversee and coordinate the care of ten working and eight retired horses.

The ideal couple should possess general knowledge and skills relating to all aspects of equine care including, but not limited to, medicating, wrapping, clipping, shipping and feeding protocols. Must have knowledge of pasture, riding arena, grounds and equipment management and maintenance. Candidates should be computer literate with solid basic business skills. Must be able to keep accurate and organized records. Great interpersonal skills are a must as are the ability to maintain, along with dedicated staff, the meticulous turnout of the horses and the facility.

This is a full-time, salaried position requiring residence on the farm property. We do not travel to Florida. Stall space is available if needed and will be included for one horse. Housing provided is in updated, private, one bedroom apartment. Benefits may be negotiated following a satisfactory interim period of employment. References are a must. 

We are a semi-private dressage barn situated on 100 rolling acres that include an organic CSA, three all-weather outdoor arenas, a full-size, light filled indoor with dust free footing and a 20-acre grand-prix field with established, well-drained turf underfoot. There are two barns on the property comprising 40+ stalls with the majority leased to a hunter/jumper trainer.
