Join us along the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico! We are one of the only facilities to serve young foster children and large sibling groups in Northwest Florida. Our homes are fully-furnished and serve up to 12 children, ages 6-17, in basic care. In the near future, we will be replacing one of our awesome couples as they seek to adopt one of our sibling groups!

Our family-style home is seeking a legally married, non-smoking couple with no dependent children (or pets) to serve as the live-in “parents.” We also employ full-time respite parents to give our other parents time off. Our primary goal is to keep brothers and sisters together as we provide both hope and a home until adoption or reunification with family occurs.

We have a vast network of community supporters who assist us with everything our children need. Salary minimum $23,660 per person ($47,320 for the couple). In addition, the couple receives free full-time housing, utilities, basic cable, phone, and cell phone allowance, plus a generous employee benefits package including, but not limited to medical, dental, and employer-paid retirement. 

Storage facility Manager - Lubbock, TX

Facility Manager job.  $12 to $15 per hour.  Optional 800sq ft residence on property with 10x30 garage. 

We use Uhaul's Web Self Storage.  Company Cell phone provided, company telephone system.  We have multiple locations.  Manager can also perform Uhaul Equipment Rentals for additional income.  

Camp Hosts Needed - Texarkana, TX

We are seeking immediate support Saturday's and Sunday's in exchange for a full hook up site. We are looking for a responsible person or couple to handle daily and weekly property maintenance.

This may include: watering, mowing, weeding, cleaning the pool, and general housekeeping.

Property includes several buildings that require upkeep. Duties also include handling guest rentals and events on site.

We are located in Texarkana, Texas W/S/E, 30/50 amp site, and wifi access.

Manufactured Housing Community Managers - Brighton, MI

A 69 space manufactured housing community between Ann Arbor and Brighton will soon be under new management.  We're looking for a couple or individual to serve as on site managers.  Duties include:

-Collecting rents, distributing notices, and fielding resident questions.
-Showing units that become available to prospective residents, and handling paperwork for move ins and move outs
-Helping coordinate with contractors for the repair of vacant units and other items around the premises
-Record keeping
-General stewardship of the property - keeping an eye on all aspects of the property and overseeing contractors for the proprety maintenance of the proprety.

-Optional lawn mowing, landscaping, and maintenance duties

The property has been neglected by the previous ownership and is currently rundown.  We're looking for manager(s) who are excited to be a part of restoring the park and making it better.

This is a part time position with flexible hours, and compensation includes free housing of a 2 bedroom home, assistance with utilities, an additional stipend, and additional compensation for added tasks such as landscaping.

An ideal applicant(s) is:

-Willing to relocate to live on site for ease of management

-Likes working with people

-Is comfortable with computers and smartphones

-The property is rundown, and is okay with that for now but is excited to be part of the team that improves things.
