RESPONSIBILITIES:
•General operations of Mobile Home and RV community
•Leasing and renting
•Fiscal oversight
•Supervising and training
•Maintaining property appearance
REQUIREMENTS:
•Knowledgeable in basic management and intermediate computer skills
•Highly organized and dependable
•Self-starter and able to work autonomously with minimal supervision
•Must have reliable registered transportation, a valid driver's license in good standing and car insurance
•Ability to pass background check and substance abuse screening
•Possess a high level of professionalism and ability to communicate (both written and verbal)
•Ability to effectively communicate with residents, vendors, employees, supervisor
