Experienced Domestic Couple - East Maui, HI

This opening is for a beautiful large secluded property on Maui HI. We are looking for a couple team that works extremely well together and has experience in running/ managing a team.

You will be self-motivated, industrious, have initiative, can work well unsupervised and are exceptionally good at time-management. You must take absolute pride in everything you do. Someone who will look for potential problems before they arise and can work very quickly at problem-solving if they do.

The property maintenance will include looking after the main house and all of the guest homes on the property and maintaining the 50+ acres of land. Duties include mowing the expansive lawns, controlling invasive plants, general knowledge in plant life and willing to learn more, maintaining dirt and gravel roads, weed eating, and other general maintenance and care. You will be managing a maintenance crew for all of this work.

The person looking after the caretaker/maintenance side of things will need to have experience using a variety of hand tools. Ideally, you could repair anything basic that becomes damaged or worn out including plumbing, electrical and carpentry.

As you will also be greeting guests when they arrive we need you to be personable and friendly. This is a 'live-in position. Pay is very competitive to industry standard and will be based on experience.

We have 150 sites on 75 acres of beautiful Northern Wisconsin forest with the heaviest concentration of lakes in the country! We need energetic,

young-at-heart, able-bodied couples.

For the 2019 season, we would provide you with nicely wooded, large sites averaging 40 x 40 that have full hookup 50 amp electric with city sewer & water,

free WIFI, laundry allowance and all utilities included in exchange for 24 hours of work per person per week. Couples will each work 12 hours per week for site compensation and will be paid

10.00 hourly for remaining 12 hrs.

Outstanding customer service skills and positive attitude required! Must like to be around children as we are a kid oreintated campground.
