Couple lives in a 1,200 sq. ft 2-bedroom, 1 bath apartment over the Barn (Garage), on the water (VERY NICE, apartment comes with most essential furniture) valued at $1500 plus All utilities are furnished, internet, cable TV, electric gas, water, sewer and trash. Valued at $400 monthly. A $100 a month gas allowance. Plus $1600 a month financial compensation for a monthly total of $3600. This compensation package totals $43,200 annually. The ideal candidate will possess a working knowledge of many routine maintenance issues, such as basic plumbing, basic electrical, carpentry, and must be physically able to perform weekly grounds-keeping. Working Couple desired to work vacation ranch - Black Hawk/Nederland, CO

Looking for RVing energetic couples not afraid of challenges who love the outdoors and mountain living for a trade in rv lot rental with electric, wifi, water, pump out and remainder in hourly compensation from Memorial Day weekend 5/24/2019 thru 9/29/2019. Must commit to entire season.
Top responsibility- Turn overs/Cleanings
Turn over of Lodge includes the making of up to 9 beds, getting linens to laundry service, getting trash to dump, washing towels and cleaning rags, full cleaning and reset of 3 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, theater, study, mudroom, sunroom & hot tub, the 6 bedrooms and all floors. Outside turn over duties include wiping down outdoor furniture, cleaning BBQ and resetting yard, resetting firepit, cleaning of 1 hot tub and sweeping of walkways/flagstone and raking sand.
Turn over of one of the cabins includes a full clean of the unit, sweeping deck off, wiping outdoor furniture, raking of sand and resetting of firepit.
Turn over of another cabin includes 1 bed, 1 bath, sunroom with hot tub, living room, study, kitchen, theater and mudroom. And dusting of all other areas, plus outdoor hot tub and BBQ. Resetting of firepit.
Must check that all tv's, sound system, appliances, lights, screens are all in working order and remedy or try to fix issues prior to check-in.
2nd responsibility- check-ins and on call
Must check guests in and inform how things operate and briefly mention rules and be on call up to 6pm for any issues that may arise or questions in regard to the homes or rv. Must be available for emergency calls at any hour to call fire department, plumber, power company, etc.
3rd responsibility- light maintainance, general labor and repairs
Painting, staining, fixing chipped paint and simple items (broken screens, replacing light bulbs, unclogging a garbage disposal, setting rodent traps,etc) wood hauling from cutting area to winter storage lot. Grounds pick up, hiking trail maintainance and simple general labor.
Compensation
First 20 working hours per month will be applied to couple's rv lot rental and utlities. Couple will be supplied with a concrete pad for trailer/motorhome/etc which includes electric up to $100 per month, wifi, pump out service, water and access once per week to laundry facilities. After 20 working hours, pay will be hourly - $30 if the pair is working together or at $15 per hour if one of the pair is singled out for a task. Couple MUST be available to work every turnover on the calendar. There are at least 2 per week with up to 4. Turnovers are not always the same days, so couple must be flexible in their schedule to ensure they work the turnover where ever it may fall on the calendar. Couple may expect at minimum of 30 hours per week of work. Minimum end of season bonus is $500 if couple has worked every single turnover on the books. More will be added to the bonus if couple has consistently exceeded owner's expectations on tasks assigned.
