On Site Property Managers Team Position in St. Joseph, MN

We are looking for a bright, talented, self-motivated management TEAM for our apartment community in St. Joseph, MN. We are looking for a team -one person would be part time manager and one part time maintenance. The 44 home apartment community is owned and managed by Summit Management, which owns several communities in Minnesota. The Summit Management headquarters is located in Stillwater, MN.

The right candidates will be friendly, professional and have excellent customer service skills. Must be computer-literate with strong verbal and written skills are a must. The managers will be responsible for a wide array of duties and tasks involved in overseeing the community.

These duties include, but are not limited to:
Answering phones, emails and walk-ins for lease inquiries
Customer service skills, apartment tours, and leasing of apartments
Maintenance, repairs, replacements, and upkeep of property and rental units as needed
Maintain clean common areas and turn apartments
Grounds keeping, including snow removal and lawn maintenance
Prepare, review and execute leases with new and renewing residents
Collect rents, manage accounts receivable and billing on our property management software
Process resident inquiries and concerns-- enforcing community living standards
Maintain an update leases and rental agreements
Create, justify and update property budgets
Organize, assist (and lead) with miscellaneous projects and developments
Type and proof correspondence and memos
Copy and email when needed, run errands as necessary
Maintain a court appearance calendar and make appearance for eviction actions
Compensation for this position is use of an apartment located in the building. There is also financial compensation which will commensurate with experience.
 

Unpaid house/cat sitting Nov & Dec - Montezuma, NC

Come live rent free over the holidays in the Appalacian Mountains near the Blue Ridge Parkway. We are going on a 6-8 week RV trip with our dogs, but would prefer for our cats to be able to stay home.

One cat is a little extra fussy and needs to be closed in her room at night, and when out in the main house during the day not allowed into the master bedroom (where she will inevitably make on the bed). The two other boy cats are easy peasy and very loving. All of their food/litter will of course be provided, and expected to be refreshed daily.

Our house is near the two largest ski resorts in the area, and right near the base of Grandfather Mountain State Park. It is a small 1 bedroom, 2 bath, 840sqft bungalow, easily accessible from the main highway.  All basic utilities provided, as well as great WiFi and television amenities via Roku (Netlfix, Hulu, Amazon) and Google Chromecast. Master bedroom has a queen sized Tuft&Needle bed.

One or two PROVEN CAT-FRIENDLY dogs may be permitted.

 I am looking for a couple to provide on site security during completion of construction of our new resort in the florida keys scheduled to be completed in Feb.March 2019.This could turn into a full time position with the resort if interested. A nicely furnished two bedroom/one bathroom + laundry room, apartment plus utilities in exchange for 24 hours/week of work with 3 horses. Must be experienced in handling, grooming, able to treat minor cuts/scrapes, knowledge of when vet is needed. Ability to ride a plus but not necessary. Duties include barn cleaning, turnout, feeding, and maintenance of pastures, arena and RP. Some light landscape maintenance and other non-horse jobs paid on hourly basis as well as caretaking property for owners. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and move 100 lb. bales of hay. Non-smokers only.
