Hello, This is a seasonal opportunity to manage a Christmas Tree lot in South Florida. The position will run from Mid Nov - Dec 22nd.

Applicants will need to be experienced in management of retail sales. A STRONG work ethic and good customer skills are an absolute must. Experience in any facet of the Christmas tree industry is also a plus. This is a 7 day a week job with 12-14 hour requirements. Pay includes a base salary as well as several bonus incentives determined by performance--because of the fact that dedicated performance in this position is highly dependent upon the manager's ability to work efficiently and effectively for up to 14 hours a day. Butler / Chef / Property Manager - SAINT ETIENNE ROILAYE 60350

We are seeking to recruit a couple to live onsite at our property located approx 45 mns from Paris. The position is to cater to a couple only, as well as a small, 5 star B&B Operation that caters up to 4 guest rooms at any one point in time, The main function is to take care of the couple in the Master Residence, as well as handle all operations of the B&B and ensuring 5 star service is maintained and delivered through a personal Butler service to the guests.

The couple are a working couple, and do not require heavy upkeep and all household duties are to be carried out while the couple is away at work, aside from the serving and preparing of evening meals and Butler Services, as requested. There is no weekend work in the Master Residence unless specifically requested. 

Please be advised that only those applicants with the legal right to live and work in France will be considered as applicants. The be a successful candidate, we require:

1. French and English as absolute. Other languages an advantage

2. Able to prepare evening meals for the couple in the Master Residence, as well as cater to Dinner functions when required

3. Must be able to maintain the Grounds and Swimming Pool

4. Be able to prepare and serve breakfast to guests in B&B

5. Drivers License an added advantage, but not essential

6. Able to serve to the couple as required in the Master Residence

7. Manage all aspects of the B&B without engagement of the owners

As the B&B has the ability to further generate revenues towards catering of meals, the couple is willing to permit the Couple to establish their own business of the provision of food to the guests, as Lunch or Dinner, and for all proceeds to go directly to the couple, exlcuding alcohol sales.

We are a South African couple living on a cattle farm on the river banks of the rio Rosario. It is a quiet, fairly remote setting in the countryside in a very peaceful and safe part of Uruguay.

We have available a cottage ( it is a renovated old shed) with a kitchen, bathroom and basic amenities. It is private and apart from the main house with land around it and plenty of water should one like to plant their own vegetables or raise/ keep animals for their own use... We need help with basic tasks, weeding, mowing, cleaning etc. Occasionally taking care of the farm when we are away. We are offering a return ticket from South Africa to Uruguay, help setting up obtaining residency should the couple desire that, a basic salary, accommodation in a cottage with land with the opportunity to be self sufficient . In return we need trustworthy, capable folk who are willing to help us maintain and occasionally look after our animals when we are away. The couple need to be hard working and willing to start a new life in a new country. Age is not important as long as the candidates are capable.. A knowledge of farm work would be an advantage but is not necessary. Unfortunately the position is not available to couples with young children.

Live in Care Givers Needed for Adult Foster Home - Portland, OR

Immediate opening for a LIVE-IN caregiver as Resident Manager interested in providing positive behavior support and assist with activities of daily living for adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. A couple willing to work together would be ideal.

This is a 4 bedroom/1 bathroom DD-Adult foster home. There's a separate bedroom/office for the live-in caregivers. Currently there are 3 residents; 2 male and 1 female with a maximum of 3 residents to care for in this home. We are looking for a dependable couple with the desire to assist the people we support. This position is a live-in 5 days ON,2 days OFF

Pay starts at $2,000 and is negotiable based on experience.

With this said, once construction is complete we are offering increased wages as this will become a 5 resident care home. Resident Manager will be offered 3 bedroom (1,200 square foot home) separate from business with all utilities and expenses included.

Job Description:

You will mainly be providing assistance with activities of daily living such as:

• Daily entertainment activities and some community outings

• Assisting with personal hygiene and care

• Medication administration and documentation

• Implementing Individual Support Plans

• Properly handling a crisis and follow protocol in stressful situations

Job Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year experience working in a DD AFH 

• Have a current valid driver's license

• Must be 21+ years of age

Have or be willing to complete the following required training:

• OIS training (This is a 2 day training class that’s a total of 16 hours. We will provide you with info where to obtain this)

• Pass the caregiver basic training test that’s given by Clackamas County.

(This test may be taken multiple times until passing)

• Have CPR/First Aid certification (We can provide you with info where to obtain this)

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check (conducted by Clackamas County)
