Overview
A Family is seeking an experienced Domestic Couple to work in their two homes. Candidates must be experienced working on a larger estate with additional staff. The family have existing staff that will need support. The client is seeking a Couple who are team players and great supporters of the existing staff.
Position 1 Duties
· Housekeeping. The Housekeeper will be responsible for full charge housekeeping, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting, as appropriate, all floors and household surfaces, including antiques. General washing and pressing of family laundry and household linens is also required. Responsible for all meals when existing Couple is away.
· Errands, purchasing supplies, coordination with security staff, and some outside household correspondence.
Position 2 Duties
· Houseman / Handyman. The Houseman will be responsible for the heavy cleaning duties inside the home as well as general maintenance on the property, including HVACs, plumbing, electrical, appliances, generator, vehicles and pool equipment. Should be able to do small hands-on repairs and improvements and select and oversee outside contractors when needed.
· Driving. The Driver should be familiar with the local areas and efficient with transporting the principals to local areas and airports as needed. The Driver should maintain the vehicles in guest-ready condition at all times and stay current with required maintenance.

Scope:
Under the direction of the District Manager, the primary function of the Community Manager is providing competent and effective leadership which will ensure the growth and success of both the community as well as employees. To be responsible for all phases of the operation of the Property, including but not limited to; general administration, maintenance, leasing, resident relations, collection of rents, cleanup of violations and oversight of all personnel and resources. To adhere to all applicable fair housing laws governing real estate sales, leasing and management maintenance service.
The following is meant to cover the majority of the tasks to be performed but is not conclusive and may change as client deems fit and determined by your supervisor:
Responsibilities, Requirements and Skills:
- Maximize the overall operating performance and effectiveness of the community
- Full accountability of budget performance and development
- Provide leadership, guidance and delegate priority tasking ensuring that all policy rules and procedures are followed
- Direct sales and marketing activity
- Perform weekly property visits with follow up
- Ensure that all rents are collected by months end and handled delinquency accounts with Attorney
- Hire, train and coach on site staff and complete performance evaluations.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- 3 years of related management experience in retail, hospitality or property management preferred
- Clear understanding of the budgeting process and effective financial management and analysis
- Knowledge of computer systems is a must. Proficiency in rent management based software
- It is expected and required all business practices are conducted in accordance with company policy and procedure.
Ranch Couple - Ranch Assistant & Office Assistant - Cameron, MT

Ranch Assistant position is full time, year round with housing and utilities provided. Office Assistant position is full time from May 1st to October 31st and part time from Nov 1st to April 30th. Both positions report directly to the Ranch Manager.
Ranch Assistant’s duties include, but are not limited to: the maintenance of equipment, facilities, wells and pumps, roads, handling miscellaneous homeowner services, caring for horses and livestock, weed management and plowing snow in the winter months. Candidates with experience in maintenance, operating machinery, carpentry, and construction are encouraged to apply.
The Office Assistant’s duties include, but are not limited to: interacting with the staff, property owners, guests and renters, service providers, and contractors in person and via phone or email. This role is best suited for an individual who can maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times. The ideal candidate will have administrative, clerical, or customer service experience in a professional office setting; have excellent communication and writing skills; proficient knowledge in the use of applications such as: Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Candidates must also be at ease with navigating a computer to send email, maintain/update the POA’s website, and maintain antivirus and backup applications. Knowledge of parliamentary procedure and experience with recording meeting minutes a plus.
Candidates for both positions must be motivated, reliable, have clean driving records and be able to pass background checks and drug tests. Salary commensurate with skills and experience.
