We are looking for the right couple (or team) to join our family resort.  Located in the heart of BEacker COunty, Minnesota on Round Lake.  Round Lake is 1100 surface ares up to 69 feet in depth with great fishing.  Our accommodation is a full hook up RV spot including electric and wages.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

Cooking

Salary:  RV full hook up site with electric +$12 per hour + tips

Hours Wednesday - Sunday 55 -60 hours between the couple

Ranch Couple - Fort Stockton, TX

West Texas Ranch is looking to hire a couple to become part of our family.

The mans’ duties include, but are not limited to, improving water infrastructure on the ranch, pivot farming, occasional cattle work, fixing fence, vehicle maintenance, helping during hunting season, and general ranch labor. The womans’ duties include preparing meals for hunting groups, caring for and cleaning the lodge, along with entertaining guests during hunting season.

Job offers modern 3 bedroom/2 bath house, full insurance, benefits and two weeks paid vacation after one year. Must pass a back-ground check. Must have current drivers license. Must be able to communicate through written English and email. Being able to speak Spanish is a plus but not required.

No indoor pets and only two dogs or cats. Two broke geldings are allowed per employee and are maintained at ranches expense.

Duties include:

• Apartment building management through rent collection.
• Expense management.
• Strong office administration and customer service.
• Maintenance & cleaning.
• Conduct and/or supervise all on-site activity in accordance with the specifications of Skyline and in line with all applicable legislation including Occupational Health and Safety Act, Residential Tenancies Act and the Alberta Human Rights Act.

Qualifications:

• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve effectively.
• Good maintenance and cleaning skills.
• General understanding of basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry.
• Knowledgeable with repair and general maintenance of HVAC systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills required.
• Ability to multi-task and remain detail oriented.
• Good judgment and innovation.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to bend, push and pull as well as go up and down stairs.

• Previous sales experience an asset.

Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma or 5 years work related experience.
• Previous experience renting apartments and assisting tenants required.
• Experienced in sales or related field.
• Knowledge of applicable legislation respecting residential tenancies in Alberta and the rights and obligations of Landlords and Tenants an asset.
