Live-In Property Caretaker/Couple - Tuftonboro , NH

We are currently in search for an experienced live-in property caretaker in Tuftonboro, New Hampshire 03816 to start ASAP for a beautiful 100-acre property with multiple cottages. The caretaker must enjoy being hands-on, working outdoors in all four seasons and have previous long-term tenure in a similar position. There is no set schedule, so it's important that the caretaker create his own schedule based on what needs to be done seasonally to keep the property well maintained throughout the year. Although there is no set schedule, the caretaker should expect to work FT hours and flexible to work on some weekends if necessary.
Salary is starting at $50,000/year or more based on experience. The family will be providing full health insurance for the caretaker in addition to housing and a car available for on-duty use. The caretaker's cottage is a few hundred feet from the principal's main estate. It's a 2/bed 2/bath with all appliances etc. and an enclosed back patio. The cottage is fully furnished but the caretaker is also free to bring his own furniture. More details and photos of the cottage will be shared with qualified candidates.
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Maintenance, supervision and security of property
- Opening and closing seasonal cottages
- Grounds maintenance and lawn care
- General handyman skills
- Splitting and stacking wood
- Operating outdoor equipment
- Helping guests with luggage
- Running errands
- Stocking supplies and equipment
The caretaker will need to be well organized, a self-starter and should not have to be told what to do. He should be detail oriented, able to plan ahead and keep a clean and organized workspace. Ideal candidates should take pride in their work and able to follow instructions well. This is the perfect position for someone who loves being physically active and who is in excellent health.
Seeking Seasonal Or Long-term Camp Hosts In Eastern Colorado - Seibert, CO

Beautiful farmhouse in Umbria run by an Italian Chef (english speaking), is looking for positive, jolly and hard working couple or two friends for seasonal work from July 10th to August 30th 2019.
We are running a garden to plate experience. We are looking for two people: chef's assistant and gardener position. On the kitchen side : food shopping, food prep, catering, assistant in cooking classes ( paid job) confidence in a kitchen required. On the garden side: taking care of the vegetable garden, cutting grass, general garden maintenance . Free separate accommodation in beautiful farmhouse with stunning view of the Umbrian country side. Located 20 minute drive from Orvieto. Independent Transport required.
CHEF ASSISTANT: Shopping ( when necessary) -Food prep at my farmhouse -Catering with the me for small private dinner ( normally from 5.30pm to 9.30pm ) in local Villas or occasional wedding booking - Cooking class assistant at the farmhouse . My group students are from 4 to 13 people. Morning classes followed by lunch. - Cooking class assistant to be run in a local Wine Estate ( probably 3 time during the season) For this position the assistant chef will receive 500 euros per month in exchange for 25 hours per week The first month of the season has more time preparing in the garden and gradually the kitchen increases in work. Any work hours that are not used are rolled over to the following week. Horticultural Accommodation is in exchange for the horticultural work necessary and outlined below. Accommodation on offer has an independent shared front entrance. Large shared living area and kitchen with one shared bathroom. Allocated private garden area for meals. Accommodation is fully inclusive of all bills. Electricity, water, housing taxes, refuse collection, sheets and bedding and towels. There is an internet router in the accommodation but wifi can be organised by the applicant. Applicants will be expected to look after themselves independently from the school. In exchange for the accommodation applicants will be expected to fulfil the following duties. Mow and maintain the lawns surrounding the farmhouse. Keep the area at the front of the farmhouse clear and attractive for arrival of cooking students. Maintain the vegetable garden to a good clean standard. Plant, weed and water the vegetables. The vegetable garden is approx 50 x 50 metres and horticultural fabric is used to keep the weeding to a minimum. Watering is crucial. The vegetable garden and everything grown in it is used by the cookery school. But any excesses can be used by the applicants. The cookery school has 2 cats and applicants will be expected to put out their food each day, but the cats live freely and do not need to enter the accommodation unless wanted.
Work Camper - North Georgia Mountains - Hiawassee, GA

Work camper couple needed for the 2019 season! Come to the beautiful north Georgia mountains and help us manage this small (36 site - many of which are long term tenants) campground.
Help us cover the registriation office, assist with general campground maintenance including but not limited to cleaning sites, bathrooms, picking up trash, light electrical and plumbing. We will also require assistance with weekly mowing, weed eating, flowerbed maintenance and occaisional planting of flowers or small shrubs.
You may also be reqired to assist in customer service including welcoming guests and escort service to a site.
Days worked will be Thurs, Fri, Sat and Sun with an occaissional Monday on holiday weekends.
In exchange for your assistance you will receive a full hook up site (water, electric, sewer and WiFi) as well as a monthly stipend. Stipend will be based on experience and number of hours worked each month.

Seeking for a Couple to manage a private ranch in Montana's Rocky Mountain Front. - Augusta, MT

We have a small private ranch that is in need of a capable and trustworthy couple who are able to help take care of many aspects of life here in the mountains with little supervision. This is a part-time residence for the owners and open for some weeks in the summer for paying guests.
Only animals on the property are saddle horses that are used for private riding. No livestock.
Property is 140 acres and includes 5 cabins, a barn (with living accommodations upstairs), a lodge with a dining room, western saloon and movie theatre and a seperarte bulding: gym/workshop. We have 4 horses and no other animals, horses go to pasture in the winter. Operating as a guest ranch for a few weeks in the summers.
Couple team must be comfortable living in the mountains and be comfortable in an isolated environment in the winters.
Job Description:
- Year-around contract, start date as soon as possible.
- Days off must be approved by the owners.
- Weekends off when owners are not on property (after horses are fed, if they are not out to pasture yet.)
Property Maintence:
- Buildings maintenance/care which includes: Basic plumbing, property/furniture/repair, general hardware, minor carpentry, electrical maintenance and fencing.
- Washing exterior buildings, decks and windows and screens.
- Lawn care and weed control.
- Road maintenance including grading.
- Winterizing buildings in the fall.
- Maintenance and use of mechanical equipment.
- Trash hauling/recycling as required.
- Tree harvesting and wood storage for fireplaces and general property maintenance for fire.
- Manage horses in the summer months (they go to Pasture in the winter)
The spouse of the ranch manager will be responsible for:
- Detail oriented cleaning/housekeeping and keeping cabins ready for guests (both family and guests).
- Cooking while owners/guersts are at ranch, including grocery shopping and maintaining all supplies needed (cleaning and toiletries).
- Helping out with other ranch duties may be asked when needed and primary priorities allow.
- Weekly update and task completion list - reporting to be done on Friday's.
Qualifications:
Previous ranch management experience and plumbing, driving heavy machinery and electrical knowledge will be given preference. There is a great opportunity for a long term position if you thrive in this environment. Serious inquiries only.

- Both of couple should have Drivers license, SSN or EIN and will be required to submit to a background check.

They will be self-starters, teachable, friendly, accountable and like-minded with the family. They will have ability to complete work without supervision and be reliable, organized and honest.
