- Supports overall marketing efforts and offers input and suggestions in regards to promotions, advertisements, etc.
- Analyzes and monitors community market conditions to anticipate market changes or trends that could affect the profitability of the community.
- Monitors closing ratios of leasing associates to ensure requirements are met and provides additional training as necessary.
- Supervises the planning and implementation of, and attends and monitors, various community recreational and social activities.
- Ensures staff is implementing resident retention and renewal programs.
- Supervises and ensures collection of all rent and other Community income.
- Inspects Community common areas, models and vacant units on a regular basis and completes the community inspection report.
- Reviews and approves or rejects resident applications.
- Understands and complies with state landlord-tenant law and Fair Housing laws and standards.
- Performs variety of duties associated with maintenance and related programs.
- Monitors maintenance activities to ensure resident requests and preventative maintenance programs are being performed according to company standards.
- Makes recommendations and oversees the editing of the community newsletter.
- Becomes active in local business community and develops rapport with residential community.
- Attends and participates in training seminars as requested.
- Ensures all on-site staff has enrolled in and completed necessary courses.
- Transports residents and/or prospective residents via motorized vehicle throughout Community grounds; runs errands as necessary.

RV Park Host position for Couples - Aiken, SC
WHY DO WE SHOW EXPIRED LISTINGS?
We are located in Aiken, SC. and looking for an RV couple for after hours and weekend host position. Duties include but are not limited to keeping up sites, Bathhouse, Laundry room, checking in guests. This is a year round position, not for a couple looking for seasonal position. Aiken is a quaint community with much for visitors to do. While work camping here you can enjoy many activities and places to visit in Aiken: museums, gardens, historic sites, art centers, golf, varied entertainment, and shopping. Luxury 5 star home on the beautiful safe island of Grenada with direct flights from Europe, USA and Canada. We are looking for a Couple who want to work together as Chef/Butler and Housekeeper. For much of the year the job is to look after the Owner (just 3 people and 3 dogs) but he also rents the property out to very high end guests for Destination Weddings or luxury vacations (no more than 8 weeks a year) and then you would need to Manage additional staff to provide 5 star service. The skills you have between you must include Housekeeping and Food and Beverage, one of you will be a qualified Chef. (Chef qualifications are essential). Experience of working in the Caribbean is preferred. One of you must have a driving license. You will be provided with a self contained one bedroom accommodaton with your own kitchen, private bathroom, private sitting area etc. You will have access to a car. We have dogs on the property so people comfortable with dogs is important. Work Campers - Kansas City East KOA - Oak Grove, MO

We are in search of work campers and work camper couples to work part-time at our campground during our on-season (April-October). The campground is open year-round but there may not be significant hours available during the off-season).
We are located 30 minutes east of Kansas City in the town of Oak Grove. The town is small but has a Walmart and truck stops. The town of Blue springs about 10 minutes away has most everything.
We have multiple areas of work at the campground. You may be assigned to a particular area but could always be asked to help out in other areas depending on the need:
- Front Desk
- Reservations
- Store/Inventory
- Housekeeping
- Maintenance – including light plumbing and electrical
- Lawn Mowing / flowerbed maintenance

- Activities

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, lift and carry 25 pounds occasionally and 10 pounds regularly
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
- Long periods of standing (75%), or sitting
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb
- Requires the use of hands/fingers to handle or feel
