• Direct sales and marketing activity

Job Description:

-Performing collection calls to delinquent tenants over the phone and sending emails or SMS payment reminders through our software.

-Using our marketing platform and best practices, you will have opportunities and responsibilities to market the storage facility online and in the community. Identify opportunities for new value creation.

General Store Attendants - Grand Canyon North Rim, AZ

Our store on Hwy 67 to the Grand Canyon National Park, North Rim, needs a couple to help for the 2019 season. May 15 to Oct. 16. Gas station/store along with a coffee concession trailer that caters to campers, park visitors and hunters. Elevation is 8,800 feet and is remotely located.

Duties include cashiering, stocking, custodial work, dispensing propane and bulk water and closing duties. Along with creating espresso-based drinks, smoothies, teas, and customer service.
