Office and Maintenance Relief Manager Team for RV Park on beach - Pismo Beach, CA

We are adding another couple with a strong work ethic to our team! A beautiful RV and mobile home park within 900’ of the beach - on the Central Coast of California has an immediate opening for an experienced couple who will provide outstanding, on-site customer service and maintenance of the daily operations of a multi-resident mobile home park and RV Park in Pismo Beach, California! The hired candidates will work under the direction of the On-Site Property Managers, and District Supervisor.
This is a permanent role working 4 days during low season, and 5 days during high season. We are not interested in short term candidates. Must be flexible with scheduling needs. Living on site is a requirement of the positions (you must provide your own RV).
The selected individuals will have two (2) years of experience in the appropriate position - with at least one (1) year of on-site experience in the Property Management, RV Park, or Mobile Home Park industry.
Office Position:
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), PDF software, and ideally reservation software.
- Customer Service (All ages, but experience dealing with seniors is a plus)
- Excellent telephone skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Basic bookkeeping
- Responding to customer emails
- Performs general administrative duties such as collecting and logging rents, filing, typing, mailing, and ordering supplies
- Tracking deadlines and meeting them without fail
- Understanding of legal issues relating to residents, and tenants and/or willingness to learn same.
Maintenance Position:
- Communicate and enforce community rules and regulations;
- Investigate resident complaints and issues and partner with management to determine the correct course of action;
- Receive service requests from residents, and route to the maintenance cue in coordination with property manager;
- Has regular and professional contact with residents, and vendors;
- Performs daily park maintenance such as landscaping, street cleaning, bathrooms, laundry room, office and other common areas;
- Painting of park owned facilities when needed;
- Assists with basic plumbing and electrical maintenance;
- Assists with construction / renovations on park owned rental properties;
- Ensures security of property by conducting regular park checks.
The couple will work the same days, and the typical schedule for these positions is 4 days per week in the low season; and 5 days per week in the high season. Workday is generally from 9am to 4:30pm (with a one-hour lunch).
Compensation for this hourly non-exempt position is dependent upon experience, and includes hourly wage for all hours worked, plus a full hook-up RV site and utilities (water, sewer, electric, and WiFi), plus free laundry facility. We also offer paid time off in the form of sick time, paid holidays, vacation time, and a generous pension plan (after waiting period). Our on the beach location is worth a million bucks!

Workcamping Couple Needed As Park Managers - Mesa, AZ

The ideal candidate for the office job will be highly organized, excel in Customer Service and experience with Campground Master, Word and Excel is a plus. The ideal candidate for the Outside Park Manager will have a broad knowledge of maintenance items such as electrical and water, will be comfortable guiding guests to their spots, can delegate landscaping and maintenance duties and a military or law enforcement background would be especially appealing for this position.

RV Park Caretaker - Couples Position - Waco, TX

Looking for a couple to manage a 100 space RV Park right outside of Waco, Texas. Both persons must be able to receive a check and must live on property.
Must be on call after hours and weekend. Person in the office must be computer literate, able to work well with people. Must be organized, able to enforce rules fairly, and any and all other aspects of office work.

The following is meant to cover the majority of the tasks to be performed – these items include, but are not limited to:
Management
•Consistently execute the required delinquency protocol which includes preparation of notices and delivery of delinquent notices
•Maintain and update delinquency binders

•The above items will be the primary tasks and will require many hours outside of the office walking and driving around the community

•Physically examine the property on a regular basis including inspections of community infrastructure and common areas
•Perform inspections of used inventory homes & complete the used home inventory checklist
•Receive and resolve resident complaints
•Handle all details of resident move-ins and move-outs
•Ensure that residents are provided with a clean, safe, well maintained community
•Report accidents and emergency situations to the home office immediately and prepare the proper reports
Administrative
•Collect payments and handle delinquent accounts

•Record rent payments and other payments through a property management software system
•Adhere to all appropriate Company policies, including, but not limited to use of property management software system, petty cash reports, summary reports, and special accounting items
•Preparation and submission of monthly reports to the corporate office

•Undertake background checks for new residents
•Purchase supplies for the community
Sales
•Show new and used inventory homes for sale, properly interview new resident prospects and, enter applications into the background check system. Follow up with sales prospects including entering prospects into property management software system and executing a follow up protocol for all sales prospects
•Execute marketing & advertising for homes for sale within the community following all instructions from the Marketing Sales Manual to maintain high occupancy.
•Complete required documents for a home sale
•Adhere to all state retailer license laws, regulations, rules and guidelines
